تم تصميم هذه المنصة كأداة تعليمية تفاعلية وسهلة الوصول، حيث توفر محتوى متعدد الوسائط ضمن مستويين تدريجيين.
وتستهدف المنصة المستخدمين الناطقين بالعربية السودانية الراغبين في تعلم لغة الإشارة لأغراض شخصية أو مهنية أو تعليمية. وتهدف هذه المبادرة إلى تعزيز الشمولية، وتحسين سبل التواصل، وزيادة الوعي، خاصة بين المعلمين والأسر والمؤسسات التي تعمل مع الأشخاص الصم وضعاف السمع.
كما ستُسهم المنصة في تسهيل الوصول إلى مترجمين معتمدين تابعين للاتحاد القومي السوداني للصم، مما يساعد المؤسسات على إدماج الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة السمعية بشكل أفضل في أنشطتها وبرامجها.
ويأتي هذا المشروع ضمن مبادرة أوسع تقودها AISPO بتمويل من Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo (الوكالة الإيطالية للتعاون الإنمائي) عبر مكتبها في أديس أبابا، وتهدف إلى تعزيز دمج الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقات المختلفة في المجتمع.
وستقوم السيدة كيندا غبري بعرض المنصة من خلال سلسلة من الورش التعريفية الموجهة للمؤسسات المهتمة في مدينتي بورتسودان وسواكن، لا سيما تلك التي تعمل مع الأشخاص الصم.
A web platform to teach the Signs Language in Sudanese Arabic
A CCST team met with the Director of the اتحاد الصم القومي السوداني Sudan National Union of Deaf Persons and AISPO representatives to organize the launching of the web platform to teach the Signs Language in Sudanese Arabic.
The website is designed to teach the language using multimedia resources in two levels. The platform will cater to Sudanese Arabic-speaking users who wish to learn this language for personal, professional or educational purposes. The goal is to promote inclusivity, communication, and awareness in Sudan, especially among educators, families, and organizations supporting the deaf and hard-of-hearing communities.
The website will also facilitate the access to accredited translators of the Sudan National Union of Deaf Persons so that institutions may find it easy to include persons with earing challenges in their activities.
The project is part of a wider one headed by AISPO and funded by Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo - Ufficio di Addis Abeba that aims to the integration of persons with different kinds of disabilities.
Mrs. Kinda Gebre will be introducing the system in different workshops with interested institutions of Port Sudan and Suwakin dealing with deaf persons.
