التغيير لا يبدأ بالسياسات، بل بالوعي.

ما نختار رؤيته، والحديث عنه، والعمل عليه اليوم يُمكن أن يُشكّل غدًا أكثر أمانًا لكل طفل.

لا تقتصر هذه الحملة على تسليط الضوء على مشكلة فحسب، بل تُعنى ببناء المسؤولية. بصفتنا أطباء المستقبل، نقف عند نقطة التقاء مهمة بين العلم والإنسانية والدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان.

كل جهد يُحدث فرقًا:

البروتوكول (الأدوار)
التركيز: تحديد الديناميكية بين فريق الجلسات (ST) ومسؤولي الدعم (SP).

🛡️ البروتوكول: اعرف دورهم.
لإدارة حدث ضخم مثل الجمعية العمومية (GA)، فإننا نعتمد على تقسيم دقيق للعمل. أي منهما هم؟
​🔴 فريق الجلسات (ST): المهندسون.
هم مسؤولون عن المحتوى.
هم يصممون الخطوط العريضة وطرق التقديم.
هم ييسّرون المناقشات ويديرون المجموعات التفاعلية (buddy groups).
هم يقدمون المعرفة التي تشكل الجيل القادم.
​🔵 مسؤولو الدعم (SP): العمود الفقري.
هم مسؤولون عن التنفيذ.
هم يؤمّنون الاحتياجات اللوجستية والتقنية لكل جلسة.
هم يديرون المنصات الرقمية ويؤرشفون السجلات (المحاضر).
هم يضمنون تنظيم القاعة وجاهزية المواد في جميع الأوقات.
​بدون فريق الجلسات (ST)، لا توجد رسالة. وبدون مسؤولي الدعم (SP)، لا توجد منصة. معًا، هم قوة لا تُقهر.
​The Protocol (The Roles)
Focus: Defining the ST (Session Team) vs. SP (Support Person) dynamic.

🛡️ THE PROTOCOL: KNOW THEIR ROLE.
To run a massive event like the GA, we rely on a precise division of labor. Which one are they?
​🔴 The Session Team (ST): The Architects.
They are responsible for the content.
They design the outlines and delivery methods.
They facilitate the discussions and manage buddy groups.
They deliver the knowledge that shapes the next generation.
​🔵 The Support Persons (SP): The Backbone.
They are responsible for the ex*****on.
They secure the logistics and technical needs for every session.
They manage the online platforms and archive the history (minutes).
They ensure the room is organized and materials are ready at all times.
​Without the ST, there is no message. Without the SP, there is no platform. Together, they are unstoppable.

⚙️ المنهجية: كيف نتعلم؟

الجمعية العامة (GA) ليست مجرد محاضرة، بل هي بيئة تفاعلية عالية الكثافة. نحن لا نكتفي بالجلوس؛ نحن نعمل.

يكمن جوهر الجمعية العامة في "الجلسات". سواء كانت تخص SCOME، SCORP، أو SCOPH، فإن البروتوكول صارم وفعال:
​🔹 العصف الذهني: نقوم بتفكيك المشكلات وحلها بشكل جماعي.
🔹 المخططات والتنفيذ: كل جلسة لها غايات، أهداف، ومنهجيات واضحة ومعدة مسبقاً.
🔹 البروتوكولات الهجينة: نحن مستعدون لكل شيء. قد تكون الجلسات هجينة، حيث ندير الحضور الفعلي والمنصات عبر الإنترنت في آن واحد لضمان عدم تخلف أحد عن الركب.

من "مجموعات البقاء" (Survival Kits) إلى "مجموعات المتابعة" (Follow-up Kits)، صُممت هذه المنهجية لهدف واحد فقط: أقصى تأثير.

⚙️ THE METHOD: HOW DO WE LEARN?

A GA isn't a lecture. It’s an interactive, high-intensity environment. We don't just sit; we work.

The core of the GA happens in Sessions. Whether it's SCOME, SCORP, or SCOPH, the protocol is strict and effective:
​🔹 Brainstorming: We deconstruct problems collectively.
🔹 Outlines & Delivery: Every session has clear goals, objectives, and methodologies prepared in advance.
🔹 Hybrid Protocols: We prepare for everything. Sessions may be hybrid, managing both physical attendees and online platforms simultaneously to ensure no one is left behind.

From "Survival Kits" to "Follow-up Kits", the methodology is designed for one thing: Maximum Impact.

ما هي الجمعية العمومية؟
هي ليست مجرد اجتماع، بل هي السلطة العليا والقلب النابض لرابطتنا. 🎗️
بالنسبة لـ MedSIN-Sudan و RuMSA، الجمعية العمومية (GA) هي حلقة الوصل الأهم. إنها المساحة الفريدة التي يجتمع فيها الأعضاء من مختلف أنحاء السودان لـ:
١️⃣ التواصل: بناء علاقات مع ألمع العقول في البلاد.
٢️⃣ بناء القدرات: تعلم مهارات لن تجدها في الكتب الدراسية.
٣️⃣ التطوير: مناقشة القضايا، رفع الوعي، وتقرير مستقبل لجاننا القائمة.
٤️⃣ التكاتف: تستضيف كل جمعية عمومية جامعة معينة، بدعم ومساندة كاملة من بقية الجامعات.
نحن نطمح لجسم طلابي ذي قدرات عالية وقادة متمكنين. الجمعية العمومية هي المكان الذي تتحول فيه هذه الرؤية إلى واقع.💡

WHAT IS A GENERAL ASSEMBLY ❓
It is not just a meeting. It is the highest authority and the beating heart of our association. 🎗️
For MedSIN-Sudan and RuMSA, the General Assembly (GA) is the critical gap-filler. It is the singular space where members from different parts of Sudan gather to:
1️⃣ Network: Connect with the brightest minds in the country.
2️⃣ Build Capacity: Learn skills you won't find in textbooks.
3️⃣ Develop: Discuss issues, raise awareness, and decide the future of our standing committees.
4️⃣ Unite: Each GA is hosted by a specific university, with the collective support and cooperation of all other universities.
We envision a student body with greater capacity and empowered leaders. The GA is where that vision turns into reality. 💡
