Congratulations, Rockjay!

Congratulations, Mr. Rockjay Bukiri, on being selected as one of the youth participants in the Centre for Island Futures' inaugural Place-Based Internship Fellowship Program, organized by the Centre for Island Futures (CIF) at Solomon Islands National University (SINU).

Rockjay will undertake a 10-week internship at the Kira Protected Area in Malaita Province, where he will gain practical experience in conservation, protected area management, and community-based natural resource management.

This achievement reflects Rockjay's dedication to learning, leadership, and service to his community. We wish him every success as he embarks on this exciting journey and look forward to seeing the knowledge and experience he will bring back to support conservation and sustainable development initiatives in the Solomon Islands.

Congratulations once again, Rockjay (Olaguala Jay), and best wishes for a successful internship placement!
