Students Youth leadership club is a collaborative in the process being conceptualized by a group of friends as a platform to train, learn, mentoring youth leaders. This effort is based on the recognition that the servant leadership principles used by Jesus of Nazareth, Mahatma Gandhi , Abraham Lincoln , William Wilberforce, Nelson Mandela, Kwame Nkrumah, Martin Luther King, provide a model that a
spiring youth leaders to be servant leaders who know how to reconcile relationship, speak the truth without being religious or divisive, see people without labels or stereotypes, and ultimately love each other and these whom they lead. Many people recognize the importance of servant leadership principles, yet few people have been able to effectively implement them is secular leadership. Our hope is that the Students Youth Leadership Club will provide many opportunities for different generations of youth leaders to interact and candidly discuss the way of applying this approach to various important issues facing our communities, our nations, continent and our world today.

To create a movement of friends, furthering a new breed of leaders through forums, debate, mentoring servant leadership and regular fellowship in lifelong solidarity for the better transformation of Rwanda.
1.6. To identify the principles and emulate servant leadership quality,
iii. To foster solidarity and unity among Rwanda youth leadership across schools,
iv. To highlight and emulate successful Rwandan, African, and world Leaders,
v. To engage in activities that will foster social-political and economic development of Rwanda
vi. To facilitate learning and sharing on common interests such as integrity, reconciliation, humility, love etc…
vii. To provide a platform where young leaders are trained and mentored and where leadership challenges are discussed.
