In the morning, when our Teaching Assistants step onto the assembly ground it’s not just to guide but also to inspire. Through encouraging words, engaging activities, and genuine connection, they ignite confidence, nurture discipline, and set the tone for yet another active learning day. It’s in these simple yet powerful moments that motivation is built, voices are uplifted, and young minds are reminded that they can aim and achieve high. Indeed, when students feel seen, heard and encouraged they show up ready to learn and thrive.
