RNUSLI, in partnership with the Rwanda National Police and in collaboration with RNUD, is implementing a six-month Rwanda Sign Language training for police officers. The training aims to improve communication with Deaf people, promote inclusive policing, strengthen awareness of Deaf rights, and ensure equal access to protection and justice.
We are proud to see RNUSLI growing through meaningful partnerships and collaboration with institutions committed to building an inclusive society. Congratulations to everyone contributing to this mission. Together, we are creating a Rwanda where communication is accessible to all.

Promoting Inclusion Through Sign Language 🇷🇼
RNUSLI was proud to have Sign Language Interpreters supporting the Rwanda Shima Imana 2026 event, helping ensure that important messages and reflections were accessible to the Deaf community.
The event highlighted the importance of strengthening values, families, unity, peace, forgiveness, love, and patriotism.
At RNUSLI, we believe that accessibility is an essential part of inclusion. The presence of qualified Sign Language Interpreters at important national events helps create opportunities for Deaf people to participate, connect, and access information on an equal basis.
We are grateful to all partners and interpreters contributing to a more inclusive and accessible Rwanda. 🇷🇼
Together, we communicate. Together, we include.
