Improving the lives of adolescents and youth is one of our core priority areas At the RHIYW Youth Center, we provide comprehensive sexual and reproductive health services, including HIV/AIDS and STI testing, counseling, treatment, and referrals. RHIYW, in collaboration with RBC, recently presented key findings from the Evaluation Report of a 12-Month Telemedicine Initiative for Comprehensive Abortion Care at Health Centers in Rwanda to the CAC Technical Working Group. The meeting highlighted how telemedicine can strengthen access to safe, timely services at health center level contributing to the prevention of maternal deaths related to unsafe abortion, one of our institutions priority areas.

Through a youth-friendly model, young people accessed sexual and reproductive health (SRH) education and services, alongside talent shows, music, and drama that made learning interactive and fun. This activity was implemented in collaboration with Musanze District and the Youth Center, strengthening access to youth-friendly SRH services
