Today, 2 September 2026.
We had a truly special day filled with blessings. We came together with parents, as well as several local village leaders whose communities our children come from.
During the gathering, the leaders offered guidance to parents, encouraging them to keep closely following up on their children's progress so they can achieve their dreams.
That wasn't all — we also carried out a meaningful activity that brought us together today: distributing school supplies to children in vulnerable situations.
➡️ Supplies distributed:
➡️ Lined notebooks, to be used throughout the school year for: Kinyarwanda, English, Social Studies & Religious Studies, and Science & Technology
➡️ Squared notebooks, to be used throughout the school year for Mathematics
➡️ A math instrument set (Boîte mathématique)
➡️ Pens for use in their schoolwork
➡️ A school bag to carry the notebooks
➡️ Toothbrushes and toothpaste
➡️ Toilet paper
These supplies aim to help the children study well, without being held back by a lack of materials throughout the school year — so they can keep pursuing their dreams and stay in school.
In addition, we will continue paying these children's school fees and following up on their progress.
We were especially grateful to the village leaders who visited us, and we thank in particular those who organized this activity.
🙏 Thank you to everyone who took part in the preparation of this blessed day!
