Life Centre Gratitude — Since 2023

From securing the land in November 2023 to launching construction in November 2024, and now approaching the completion of Phase One in November 2025, we are deeply grateful for this remarkable journey. Every step reflects God’s faithfulness, the commitment of our partners, and a shared vision to see lives transformed in Gicumbi.

Beginning in 2026, the Life Centre will open its doors to over 300 people every month — toddler learners, their parents, dedicated staff, and the entire Gashirwe community. It will be a place of hope, growth, and transformation for all who walk through its doors.

We are especially grateful to and Mission24, and , for believing in this vision and walking with us from the beginning.

Meet Felicien, the master builder behind the LIFE Center. 👷🏾‍♂️✨

With more than 30 years of experience, he just passed the district inspection — not by rushing, but by carefully paying attention to every detail.

As Felicien shared with us:
“Following the architectural drawing requires attention to detail. It’s not just a guide for inspectors — it’s about securing safety for the people this building will serve.”

His wisdom reminds us: the best builders don’t hurry. They build with patience, precision, and purpose — because they know the lives inside these walls matter. ❤️

We’ve just completed the foundation stage with the plinth beam installation today! Next, we move into the more complex phase of column formwork and concreting. This space for Life Link’s Hope Academy will unlock dreams, create opportunities, and foster Godly character and mindset. Grateful for God’s guidance and the ongoing support!

🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

Today marks Day 1 of the Life Center project construction in Gashirwe, Gicumbi District! After a long wait, we are thrilled to see this vision come to life. This center will embody Love, Inspiration, Faith, and Education, creating a holistic approach to community development.

A heartfelt thank you to Elaine & Jonathan Conrathe, the entire mission24 and Gicumbi district office for their pivotal role in making this happen. We look forward to the positive impact this project will have on our community. Here’s to a brighter future!
