📢 INFORMARE IMPORTANTĂ 📢

În urma distribuirii masive a materialului de informare a campaniei noastre de sterilizare din Comuna Gemenele, am primit foarte multe apeluri pentru programări din Braila sau raza municipiul Brăila.

Dorim să clarificăm că aceasta campanie de sterilizare este organizată de Primăria Comunei Gemenele in colaborare cu Asociatia Bark4life Braila și se adresează EXCLUSIV LOCUITORILOR Comunei Gemenele.

Înțelegem pe deplin nevoia existentă și ne-am dori să putem răspunde pozitiv tuturor solicitărilor primite. Din păcate, numărul de locuri și resursele disponibile pentru această campanie nu ne permit să includem și alte localități.

Le mulțumim tuturor celor care ne-au contactat și ne bucurăm să vedem că există atât de mult interes pentru sterilizarea responsabilă a animalelor.

Vestea bună este că vom purta discuții cu Primăria Municipiului Brăila privind posibilitatea organizării unei campanii similare în oraș. Dacă aceasta se va concretiza, vom anunța public toate detaliile în cel mai scurt timp.

Vă rugăm să urmăriți pagina noastră pentru informații oficiale și actualizări privind viitoarele campanii.

🐾 Long wait, happy ending! 🐾

🎄Kelly arrived at our shelter just before Christmas in 2020, scared, uncertain, and in need of a second chance.

Day after day, year after year, she waited patiently while the world moved around her. She watched countless dogs leave for loving homes, always hoping that one day it would be her turn too.

And now, Kelly has finally found her forever home. ❤️🐾

No more waiting. No more kennel life. Just the love, comfort, and family she has always deserved.

We are more than pleased to announce a new CASTRATION CAMPAIGN organized by our NGO in collaboration with Gemenele Townhall Village.

Through this initiative, we aim to:
✅️ reduce the number of abandoned and stray animals
✅️ promote responsible pet ownership
✅️ improve the lives of animals in our community

Our hearts are broken 💔

Today we lost our beloved Jack, who was found peacefully in his kennel after battling epilepsy with so much courage and strength.

Jack was more than just a dog, he was a loyal friend, and a beautiful soul who brought love, comfort, and happiness into our lives every single day.

Despite his struggles, he never stopped being gentle, loving, and full of spirit.

Run free now, sweet boy, free from pain and seizures. 🌈🐾

You will be loved forever and missed beyond words.

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming visitors from France, the wonderful people from Walnut Tree Sanctuary 🌿🐾

It has been quite a while since we last received guests from abroad, so this visit felt especially meaningful for all of us. 🙏

We are deeply grateful that they took the time to come and see our place, share experiences, and connect through the work we all care so much about.

Thank you for everything you do for animals and for the compassion you spread every day. Your dedication inspires us, and it was truly a joy to spend time together.

Safe travels back home, and we hope our paths cross again very soon. 💚

Two hearts rescued, two lives changed forever❤️

Today, Hope and Maroon officially left rescue life behind and headed off to their loving forever homes!

Watching these two sweet dogs get the happy ending they deserve is such a beautiful reminder of the power of adoption. 🏡

Thank you Rumänienhunde e.V. who helped them along the way and especially to their adopters for giving them the fresh start every dog deserves.

Three beautiful souls. Three new beginnings. ❤️🐾

Oskar, Milo, and Amber left the shelter behind and started their journeys toward loving forever homes. Watching them step into the van, full of hope and trust, reminds us why every rescue matters.

This is so far, one of the best documentary: "HOW TO KILL A PUPPY AND GET RICH" (episod 1 is now on YouTube)

For many people, it’s shocking. For us, it’s the reason we EXIST! ❤️

For those who don't know us, we are a private shelter, and the dogs you see in films like this… many of them end up in places like ours, if they’re lucky. 🤞

🐕 Over the years, we have taken in hundreds of dogs from public killing shelters where their chances were close to zero. Dogs who arrived terrified, sick, or injured. Dogs who had been forgotten.

The documentary shows what’s broken.💔 We want to show what’s possible:
✅️ Rescue instead of neglect
✅️ Treatment instead of suffering
✅️ Adoption instead of abandonment

Real change doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen, one dog at a time.

🌈 Today we share a heavy and heartbreaking update about Mik. 💔

Mik had been in our care for many years, a big presence in every sense of the word. He was a large, sturdy dog with a soft heart, known for his calm nature and the quiet way he took up space, both physically and emotionally.

🌅 This morning, we found Mik had passed away.🖤

We wish we could only write about the happy moments, the walks, the meals, the peaceful days he spent simply being there with us. But with loving animals also comes the responsibility of saying goodbye, and that part never gets easier. 😥

Mik’s life with us mattered. He was cared for, he was safe, and he was never alone in the years he spent here. That is something we hold onto today.
