"Educational support for children and youth with disabilities", EDUS, was held on 2nd-6th April 2013, in Rm.Valcea, Romania. The thematic areas were in the field of inclusive approaches, learning opportunities for people at risk of social marginalisation and social integration/exclusion. The participants were 10 people from 8 countries, Hungary,Portugal,Italy,Spain,Greece,Latvia,Poland,Denmark and

2 people from Romania, respectively parents, representatives of specialized centres for children with special needs, technicians, teachers and a student interested in this theme. Methodology:
• Debates: comparison of different systems and plans of work for support children with special needs;
• Presentations: participants, hosts and about a strategy of integration through volunteering;
• Practical assistances at support activities for children/youngsters with special needs, autism, in specialized institution (School Centre of Inclusive Education, Special High School (youngsters) and Children’s club from Horezu)
• “Conference of parents” regarding the support activities
• Focus group: The best methods and techniques of educational support for children/youngsters with special needs.
• Workshops: Create, reflect and discuss different supportive activities for parents of children with special needs.
