Fundatia Noroc - The Foundation of Luck 🍀 by Dr. med.
Fundatia Noroc is a Romanian animal welfare organisation owned by Dr. med. vet Luana Sabau who has her vet clinic in Constanta/Romania, and her friend Roxana Tanislav. Luana also has a shelter in Constanta where 50-70 dogs wait for their chance to find a home. At her clinic and in her home are always some cats who wait for adoption. Although Luana is very active in preventing puppies and kitten from being born (she is regularly making spaying campaigns financed by German animal welfare organisations), she and Roxana find dogs and cats in need on the streets every week! This page is created to show all dogs and cats for adoption (and also to show the lucky ones in their forever homes). Fundatia Noroc is working with a handful of animal welfare organisations in Germany and England. These relationships are longstanding and based on mutual respect and trust. None of the pets will leave Constanta without prior positive home check of the potential new home. Luana, Roxana and their team do the best they can for the dogs and cats in need. They know the pets well and can describe their behaviour and character. If you cannot adopt or foster – please share and help these pets to be seen – thank you very much
Also, Fundatia Noroc is looking for distance adopters for the dogs until they find a home or foster. A distance adoption means that you financially support a dog chosen by you until he can travel. A full distance adoption for a dog amounts to EUR 25,- monthly. Of course, also partial amounts are very welcome. And if you want to donate a little – every single Euro counts and makes a difference – please send to:
