Asociaţia WILD BUCOVINA este o organizaţie neguvernamentală, non-profit, apolitică si independentă, cu beneficiu public, înfiinţată în temeiul OG nr.26/2000, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare si potrivit Statutului acesteia. Membrii Asociaţiei doresc să se asocieze în scopul conservării şi promovării florei şi faunei din regiunea Bucovinei şi vecinătăţi, cercetării ştiinţifice, monitoriză
rii florei şi faunei, a fondurilor piscicole din zona montană, organizării de ture foto wildlife, promovării turismului activ (drumeţii, mountain biking), derulării de programe educaţionale şi promovarea biodiversităţii din punct de vedere al biotopurilor şi ecotipurilor.
