✨🎉If 2025 taught us anything, it’s that meaning doesn’t come from the moments designed to be remembered. It comes from the steady accumulation of voices, exchanges, and shared attention that, over time, shaped what the CEE Perspective became.
Over the past year, the community around the CEE Perspective has continued to widen and deepen across Central and Eastern Europe. Professors challenged assumptions in our discussions, policymakers brought real constraints and trade-offs into the room, students pushed conversations in unexpected directions, and partners helped turn ideas into concrete initiatives. Some engagements were public and visible, others happened quietly, over time, but all of them shaped the work.
What emerged was not momentum driven by scale, but by continuity. By conversations that did not end when an event closed. By trust that grew between institutions that do not always speak the same language. By a shared understanding that regional cooperation, when it is built carefully, can be practical, credible, and forward-looking.
That foundation matters because it changes how we move next.
In 2026, the CEE Perspective will take a different form. We are preparing new ways to connect education, policy, and practice, with formats that allow for deeper exchange, tools that are easier to use, and a clearer sense of ownership rooted in the region itself.
To everyone who engaged with us this year, visibly or behind the scenes, thank you. 🤝
🎄Wishing you all a peaceful holiday season and a purposeful year ahead.
