Although the Youth Exchange has officially come to an end, our journey continues.

Participants and team leaders from Romania, Georgia, Turkey, Italy, and Ukraine came together one more time for our final online meeting. We reflected on the project, shared our feedback and experiences, discussed the local follow-up activities, and talked about the impact that Imagine All the People has had on each of us.

It was wonderful to reconnect, celebrate everything we achieved together, and see how the project continues to inspire new ideas and actions in our communities.

Thank you to everyone who was part of this incredible journey. The project may be over, but the friendships, memories, and lessons will stay with us for a long time. 💙✨

🌍✨ Local Activities – Spreading the Impact

The end of the Youth Exchange “Imagine All the People” was just the beginning of a bigger impact.

After returning home, each national team organized a local activity in their own community to share the knowledge, experiences, and inspiration gained during the project.

Through presentations, workshops, discussions, and meetings, participants introduced the project, talked about the importance of inclusion through sport, and shared what they had learned with even more young people.

These local activities helped spread the project’s message beyond Romania, proving that the ideas and values of Erasmus+ continue to grow long after the exchange ends.

Small actions create big change and together, we continue building more inclusive communities. 💙🌍

🌍✨ Day 7 — Imagine all the People

Our final day was dedicated to reflection, appreciation, and celebrating everything we experienced together throughout this journey.

We took time to look back on the project, share our thoughts, and give feedback about the activities, workshops, and moments that made this experience so special. It was a valuable opportunity to reflect on what we learned, how we grew, and what we will take home with us.

We also enjoyed spending time together outdoors, walking through the park, playing games, and making the most of our last day as a group. These simple moments reminded us of the friendships and connections we had built over the past week.

The day concluded with a beautiful Youthpass ceremony, where participants received recognition for their learning journey and achievements during the project. It was a meaningful moment filled with smiles, gratitude, and emotions.

Most importantly, we thanked each other — for the support, the memories, the laughter, the lessons, and the friendships that turned a group of strangers into a family.

This may be the end of the project, but it is only the beginning of the impact it will have on each of us. 💙🌍✨

🌍✨ Day 6 — Imagine all the People

Day 6 was all about teamwork, creativity, and inclusion.

We started by improving and adapting the activities created during previous days, making them more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Working in international teams helped us exchange ideas and learn from each other’s experiences.

Later, we worked on booklet drafting, collecting the methods, activities, and lessons learned throughout the project. We also took part in Campaign Creation – Call to Action for Inclusion, where we developed ideas for campaigns that can help promote inclusion and raise awareness in our local communities.

The day was filled with discussions, teamwork, and creative thinking, showing us how small actions can contribute to positive change.

In the evening, we enjoyed the Georgian intercultural night 🇬🇪. Through traditional food, music, dances, and presentations, we learned more about Georgian culture and shared another memorable experience together.

Another day full of learning, cooperation, and inspiration. 💙✨

🏰🌍 Day 5 — Imagine all the People

Day 5 started with a visit to the Curtea Domnească Museum Complex in Târgoviște, where we explored history through the perspective of accessibility and inclusion. Through guided activities and discussions, we reflected on how cultural spaces can become more open and accessible for everyone.

Afterwards, we joined a yoga session focused on mindfulness, relaxation, and body awareness, giving participants a moment to slow down and reflect.

The day continued with a hands-on workshop series on inclusive game design: How to design for inclusion? Participants started creating new games, continued developing their ideas, and then moved outdoors for testing and presenting the final versions. These activities encouraged creativity, teamwork, and practical thinking about how games can be adapted for people with different abilities.

We also took part in insight activities with people with disabilities, where we exchanged experiences and discussed real-life barriers and solutions for inclusion in everyday environments.

In the evening, we enjoyed a cultural night hosted by Italy and Turkey 🇮🇹🇹🇷, where participants shared traditions, music, food, and dances, creating a warm atmosphere of connection and intercultural exchange.

Overall, the day combined culture, wellbeing, and active learning — showing that inclusion is something we build through creativity, empathy, and collaboration. 💙✨

🌍✨ Day 4 — Imagine all the People

Our fourth day was full of energy, new experiences, and unforgettable moments.

We started the day with horse riding 🐎 — a unique experience that allowed us to connect with nature, build confidence, and simply enjoy the moment. Later, we tried archery 🏹, focusing on precision, patience, and teamwork while having a lot of fun together.

In the afternoon, we spent time at the pool area 🏊‍♀️ under the sunshine ☀️, where different activities brought us together in a relaxed and social atmosphere. We tried windsurf board activities, played water polo games, enjoyed volleyball, and simply had fun together, combining sport, teamwork, and laughter.

The day ended with a beautiful intercultural evening between Romania and Ukraine 🇷🇴🇺🇦 — a moment full of traditions, music, food, and stories. It was a powerful reminder of how culture brings people closer and helps us understand each other beyond borders.

Growth, connection, and building share sense of inclusion through experiences we will never forget. 💙🌿

🏀🎾 Day 3 — Imagine all the People
The third day of our project was dedicated to experiencing inclusion through sport.
We spent the day at a sports complex, where participants had the opportunity to take part in various activities and discover how sport can bring people together regardless of their background, abilities, or differences. Tennis and basketball became the highlights of the day, encouraging teamwork, communication, and mutual support. We also enjoyed playing badminton, football, and volleyball, creating an atmosphere filled with energy, laughter, and connection.
Beyond the games, we participated in a meaningful session called “How to transform a disability in an ability”. Through open discussions and personal stories, we reflected on the challenges people with disabilities may face and, more importantly, on the strengths, talents, and unique abilities that every person possesses.
Through sport, dialogue, and shared experiences, we continue learning that our differences make us stronger, and that together we can build a more inclusive world. 💙🌍✨

🌿 Day 2 — Imagine all the People
Our second day was filled with adventure, connection, and unforgettable moments in Bucharest.
We explored beautiful parks, enjoyed the city’s green spaces, and took part in various activities that brought us closer together. The highlight of the day was definitely kayaking — paddling through the water, supporting one another, and experiencing how sport can connect people beyond language and cultural differences.
Surrounded by nature, laughter, and teamwork, we continued building friendships and creating memories that will stay with us long after the project ends.
Every new experience reminds us that inclusion is not just a concept — it’s something we create together through trust, cooperation, and shared moments.
