Some of the key objectives of United for Europe include:

1) Promoting diversity and intercultural understanding among young people, through knowing and exploring their national cultures and those of other European and non-European countries;

2) Supporting the development or improvement of the participants’ social, organizational, communication, cooperation and management skills, in order to fac

ilitate their personal and professional success;

3) Developing a common European identity among young people;

4) Facilitating the European youth’s access to the labor market;

5) Promoting gender equality in society, the workplace and leadership positions.
