Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un

The Philippine Muslim Federation – Qatar (PMF-Qatar) expresses its deepest condolences and profound sorrow on the passing of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Father Emir of the State of Qatar.

We pray to Allah Almighty to shower His infinite mercy upon the soul of the late Amir, grant him the highest ranks in Jannah, and reward him abundantly for his visionary leadership and countless contributions to the development and prosperity of Qatar.

Qatar has always been a generous and welcoming home for the Filipino community, including our Muslim brothers and sisters. The late Father Emir’s wise and progressive rule created an environment of stability, opportunity, and harmony where expatriates could live and work with dignity and peace.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of the State of Qatar, the entire Royal Family, the government, and the people of Qatar. May Allah grant them patience and solace in this time of grief.

We ask Allah to protect the State of Qatar and its people, and to continue blessing this blessed land with peace, prosperity, and unity.
