My name is Rene Grino Jr. I was born in the Philippines. When I was 15, I moved to Chicago, Illinois USA. After receiving my associates degree, I joined the professional workforce and rose to mid-level manager. With my experience in leadership in the professional world and after attaining my bachelor's and then my Master's Degree in Organizational Management along with some self discovery after my professional career, I'm compelled to share what I am currently learning....that we are all connected and we can always do more to make this world a better place.
