Theme: “Sustainable Lifestyle”

North Star Toastmasters Club gathered yesterday for Meeting #118, centered on the inspiring and thought-provoking theme “Sustainable Lifestyle.”

The session was wonderfully led by TM Sathishkumar, who guided us through the importance of making mindful choices—both for our personal well-being and for the health of our planet. Members shared ideas, reflections, and real-life practices that can help us build habits rooted in balance, responsibility, and long-term impact.

As a meaningful gesture, we also distributed vegetable plants to few members and carried out a planting activity in the club premises—turning words into action and reinforcing our commitment to sustainability. 🌱✨
