One of the artists forged by Alínea A, where he made the leap from the dancefloor to the decks in 2017, David Moreira made a name for himself through his residencies at Indústria and Plano B. He later brought his musical identity to Central, a project he was involved with from the very beginning. Since then, he has remained active throughout the country, consistently occupying the space between Deep House and Dub Techno, with Detroit always as his point of reference.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Um dos artistas forjados pela Alínea A, onde saltou da pista para os pratos em 2017, David Moreira deu-se a conhecer com as suas residências no Indústria e no Plano B. Mais tarde, levou a sua identidade musical ao Central, projeto em que esteve envolvido desde o início. Capable of drawing us hypnotically into his sonic path, Tiago Magalhães’ Techno incarnation is a constant presence at Life After Pop.

A passionate devotee of electronic culture from the very beginning, he possesses an uncommon enthusiasm for music and for the craft of building sonically dense and consistent atmospheres. With a carefree air and an easy temperament, he weaves together non-obvious choices, forging unique and unrepeatable journeys that pull us magnetically towards the centre of his universe.

Interestingly, the harmonic element carries great importance in the music he selects, pointing directly to Detroit — the American city on the shores of Lake Michigan where techno was born. This is not to say that the rhythmic section is neglected; rather, a greater balance between elements serves as his guiding criterion, and perhaps that is why a 1000A set always sounds fresh.

Um apaixonado desde o berço pela cultura da electrónica, é dotado de um entusiasmo fora do vulgar relativamente à música e à forma de construir ambientes sonicamente densos e consistentes. De ar despreocupado e temperamento desafogado, entrança escolhas pouco óbvias, forjando viagens únicas e irrepetíveis, que nos atraem magneticamente para o centro do seu universo.

Curiosamente, a parte harmónica tem grande importância na música que escolhe, reportando directamente a Detroit, cidade americana à beira do Lago Michigan, onde o techno se desenvolveu. Não quer isto dizer que a secção rítmica seja negligenciada, apenas se assume um maior equilíbrio entre os elementos como critério de escolha e talvez por isso, um set de 1000A soe sempre fresco.

Hailing from Póvoa de Varzim, he grew up during the dance music boom of the 1990s, becoming a local DJ in the 2000s.
After a long hiatus, he re-emerged with a renewed focus on the art of digging. An obsessive collector of rare tracks from the 1990s and 2000s, he blends these with some of the latest releases.
He moves effortlessly through house, progressive, trance, techno and acid.

Regina, also known as Regi D, is a DJ and selector based in Porto. She works with hybrid sets, exploring different formats and approaches to playing, including vinyl.

Her selection moves between Minimal, House, Techno and Acid, always with a focus on groove, texture and the construction of an enveloping atmosphere.

She recently became part of the Flextone Record collective, deepening her connection to electronic music and artistic collaborations.

In recent years she has been developing her path in Portugal and other European contexts, asserting a distinct identity on the dancefloor — intuitive, fluid and with character.

Artem comes from Far East (Siberia) and, by his own words, has found Porto to be a colder place, but at the same time a much warmer ground for sharing music.

For him, the whole city is a ten-minute walk, and during these short crossings he meets all of Porto’s record-shop souls, many of whom become fascinated by his patience to get that one record that is always there…

A former radio host and a true lover of weirdo sonorities and everything in between, Artem has a deep sensitivity toward sound. I want to thank him for bringing his musical universe and emotional openness to Portugal, and for sharing his passionate vision with all of us.

The evasion from reality, the escape, the journey... RUUAR's vision remains unshaken, seeking for the vortex that makes the difference on the dance floor.
Passionate for different electronic music tendencies, from the abstract house to the purest and elemental techno, Pedro Rebelo and Hugo Bastos disguish themselves on how they embrace and fuse different musical influences.

The shaping of these elements ends through a rhythm blast where music is a shule towards an inner voyage.
The musical eclecism that defines themselves isn't always easy to conciliate with their musical inner vision, so that's the reason why their performances are deliberately and wingly selected in order to proporonate to the audience an unusual and unique musical experience through the hard trails of electronic music meander.
