India Ultimate Level 1 Coaching Certification – 2026

The first batch of the 2026 Online L1 Coaching Certification is underway this weekend.

Over two days, coaches and experts from across the community will lead discussions on coaching philosophy, offensive and defensive mindset, Spirit of the Game, sustainable teams, along with expert sessions on mental health from .foresight , safeguarding, and sports science by .ssc .

Look out for announcements for Batch 2 in April, and potentially a third batch later in the year.

Over the past week, we’ve also received a number of questions and feedback from the community about the coaching certification. We appreciate everyone who took the time to share their thoughts.

We’re compiling these and will share an updated FAQ on the coaching certification soon.

Thank you to all the panelists, experts, and coaches who are helping us begin building a stronger coaching ecosystem for Ultimate in India.

A special moment for Team India at the World Beach Ultimate Championships in Portugal.
kundal , Ambassador of India to Portugal, visited the squads in Portimão to encourage the players and recognize the team’s presence on the world stage.

With over 90 athletes competing across 5 divisions, this is India’s largest-ever contingent at a WFDF world championship.
