Deaf Interpreter | Deaf Educator | Motivational Speaker
Courtship & Dating Advisor | Marriage Counselor

Izekor Joshua Nosakhare is a Deaf Interpreter, Special Teacher, Motivational Speaker, and counselor who supports Deaf people in different areas of life.

He serves as an interpreter for Deaf prisoners in court and works as a special teacher, supporting Deaf learners through education and guidance.

He also provides courtship and dating guidance for Deaf young people and serves as a teacher of the Word, encouraging and inspiring others through his work.

He will be joining the judging panel to help identify outstanding comedy talent in the KOF National Deaf Comedy Challenge.

Founder, Observer Signs Initiative

Olaoluwa Bayonle Emmanuel is a Special Educator, Sign Language Interpreter, teacher, and advocate for Deaf people and persons with disabilities.

He is passionate about Deaf education, inclusive communication, accessibility, and empowering Deaf individuals to participate meaningfully in society.

With over 10 years of interpreting experience across educational, community, medical, and remote settings, he continues to contribute to initiatives that promote Deaf inclusion, sign language access, and professional development within the Deaf education and interpreting community.

He will be joining the judging panel to help identify outstanding comedy talent in the KOF National Deaf Comedy Challenge.
