Melony Ishola is an award-winning international journalist, filmmaker, and multimedia expert with two decades of experience across television and radio. Currently serving as the Head of Programmes at PUNCH, Nigeria’s most widely read newspaper, Melony has built a career defined by high-impact storytelling and rigorous investigative reporting.
A trailblazer in her field, she made history as the first African Slampion at the Reporter Slam in South Africa, later representing the continent on the global stage in Berlin. Her creative platform, MelonyTV, serves as a hub for her diverse content, including the flagship show , which amplifies stories of resilience and hope.
As a survivor and a subject matter expert on gender-based violence, Melony is the driving force behind the movement. Her investigative documentary of the same name has garnered international film festival acclaim, sparking global dialogue on ending Female Ge***al Mutilation (FGM). A sought-after moderator and host, her advocacy has been featured on premier platforms including Arise TV, NewsCentral Africa, and the National Television Authority (NTA).
Melony is an alumna of the University of Lagos and has received advanced training from the Lagos Business School, Aga Khan Graduate School of Media and Communications, Kenya, and the Radio Netherlands Training Center. She is also the author of “35 Years A Virgin: Musings On Some Of Life’s Interesting Phenomenons.

Ifreke is a Human Capital and Operations Specialist with over 10 years of experience helping people and organisations find their footing and flourish. She has built HR systems from scratch, led organisational transformation, and managed large-scale programmes like Project5000 Jobs and the HR Accelerator — all anchored in one conviction: that people, when properly supported, can achieve extraordinary things.

Her work spans Nigeria’s private and development sectors, where she has championed gender equity, youth employment, and economic inclusion — particularly for those in underserved communities. Beyond her professional life, she volunteers with SID Initiative and EGO Foundation, extending her passion for people into grassroots empowerment.

Ifreke knows firsthand that purpose is rarely handed to you — it is often forged through the very seasons of life that tested you most. As a woman of faith, a mother, and a professional who has had to rebuild and reimagine more than once, she brings to this panel not just expertise, but lived wisdom.

She believes that pain, when surrendered to God, becomes the very ground from which purpose grows.

Jedidiah Oketola is a prophetic teacher, music minister, songwriter, recording artist, intercessor, and reformer, called into the ministry of reconciliation restoring hearts to God, identity, and divine purpose. With a distinct voice marked by clarity and compassion, she mentors a generation to walk in prophetic maturity, personal wholeness, and Kingdom alignment.

She is the steward and convener of The Worship War Room, a prophetic-apostolic convergence hosted across different territories. She also leads The Missions with Jesus, a faith-based non-governmental organization committed to evangelism through Kingdom reformation, humanitarian outreach, and social impact initiatives.

As a teacher, she brings depth and structure to complex spiritual truths, equipping believers to live from revelation rather than reaction. As a worshipper, she ministers songs that carry healing, conviction, and intimacy creating space for hearts to return to the Father. She has recorded several singles and two albums.

A significant part of her assignment is helping Kingdom women and reformers navigate seasons, recover their spiritual identity, and walk in dominion without burnout or striving. She is also deeply committed to helping children and teenagers reach their full potential.
Her ministry is marked by depth, purity, and a prophetic edge that draws hearts into divine alignment.
Whether through teaching, mentoring, or music, Jedidiah’s voice remains a consistent call to alignment, healing, and destiny.
