اختتم فريق الخير والعطاء الشبابي، بالشراكة مع جمعية الخريجات الجامعيات بقطاع غزة، دورة تدريبية نوعية استهدفت 20 خريجة من حديثات التخرج، في خطوة تعكس الالتزام المشترك بتمكين الشابات وتعزيز فرص وصولهن إلى سوق العمل في ظل التحديات الراهنة.
جاءت هذه الدورة كمساحة تعليمية تفاعلية جمعت بين المعرفة التطبيقية والطموح، حيث تناولت محاور حيوية شملت مهارات الادخار والإدارة الذكية للموارد المالية، إلى جانب استكشاف آفاق التجارة الإلكترونية وريادة الأعمال، وذلك استناداً إلى منهجيات أفلاطون الدولية (Aflatoun International) المتخصصة في التعليم المالي والاجتماعي.
وقد أظهرت المشاركات مستوى عالٍ من التفاعل، حيث عكست نقاشاتهن إدراكاً متزايداً لأهمية بناء المهارات الريادية كمدخل أساسي لتعزيز استقلاليتهن الاقتصادية. ويأتي تنفيذ هذا التدريب بالتزامن مع فعاليات أسبوع المال العالمي (Global Money Week)، وبالتعاون مع فريق التدريب من أكاديمية بروسكل (ProSkill Academy).
إن هذا العمل المشترك ليس مجرد نشاط عابر، بل هو خطوة عملية يقودها فريق الخير والعطاء الشبابي نحو بناء جيل من الشابات القادرات على قيادة مساراتهن المهنية بثقة واقتدار.
The Al-Khair & Al-Ataa Youth Team, in partnership with the Society of Women Graduates in the Gaza Strip, concluded a specialized training course targeting 20 female fresh graduates. This initiative reflects a shared commitment to empowering young women and enhancing their career prospects amidst current challenges.
The training provided an interactive learning environment, combining practical knowledge with professional ambition. Key topics included saving strategies, smart financial management, e-commerce, and entrepreneurship, all based on the Aflatoun International methodologies for financial and social education.
Participants showed great engagement, demonstrating a deep understanding of how financial and entrepreneurial skills serve as a foundation for economic independence. This training was held in conjunction with Global Money Week, in collaboration with the training experts at ProSkill Academy.
Led by the Al-Khair & Al-Ataa Youth Team, this initiative is more than just a workshop; it is a practical step toward building a generation of young women capable of navigating their professional paths with confidence and contributing to sustainable development.
