المجلس الشبابي التطوعي هو مجلس شبابي تأسس في عام ٢٠٢٥، فى هيئة نادي شويكة الرياضي الأهلية، يضم عدد من الشباب المتطوعين من محافظة طولكرم، يهدف إلى تمكين الشباب الفلسطيني وتطوير قدراتهم الريادية فى مختلف الأنشطة الرياضية والثقافية والاجتماعية. 5. To influence public opinion by changing the negative stereotyping and stigma "shame" in the community about living and break the silence to pay the society and living to talk frankly about the disease to benefit from lessons and exchange of experiences and success stories.
6. Advocating and promoting the issues and the rights of people living in the community and the media to work to maintain their rights and human dignity and equal in rights and obligations in national laws and legislation.
7. Coordination and networking with local institutions and cooperation with regional counterparts and relevant international efforts to take advantage of the potential and the exchange of expertise, experience and service issues of living and to prevent the spread of the disease.
