ضمن سلسلة التدريبات المتواصلة لفريق الطوارئ في محافظة جنين، نفذت جمعية خطوات أمل بالشراكة مع مؤسسة جسور ومركز أمنية لقاءً تفاعليًا ركز على تثبيت الأفكار والمبادئ التي تم تناولها سابقًا، وتحويلها إلى ممارسة أكثر وعيًا وتأثيرًا.

وتضمن اللقاء أنشطة تطبيقية ونقاشات هادفة ساعدت المشاركين على توسيع مداركهم، وتعزيز التفكير النقدي، وربط المعرفة بالسلوك، والفكرة بالأثر.

ويأتي هذا التدريب استكمالًا لبرنامج بناء قدرات فريق الطوارئ في جنين، إيمانًا بأن التعلّم الحقيقي هو ما ينعكس على الوعي، والممارسة، والقدرة على المبادرة.

From Idea to Awareness... From Awareness to Impact

As part of the ongoing training series for the Emergency Team in Jenin Governorate, Steps of Hope Association, in partnership with Jusoor Foundation Medeniyetler Köprüsü and Omnia Center, delivered an interactive session focused on reinforcing previously discussed ideas and principles, and translating them into more conscious and impactful practice.

The session included practical activities and purposeful discussions that helped participants broaden their perspectives, strengthen critical thinking, and connect knowledge with behavior, and ideas with impact.

This training is part of the ongoing Emergency Team Capacity Building Program in Jenin, grounded in the belief that true learning is reflected in awareness, practice, and the ability to take initiative.

من الوعي بالذات إلى اغتنام الفرص... تستمر رحلة بناء قادة الغد

ضمن سلسلة التدريبات المتواصلة لفريق الطوارئ في محافظة جنين، نفذت جمعية خطوات أمل بالشراكة مع مؤسسة جسور ومركز أمنية تدريباً تفاعلياً بعنوان:
"الفرص الوظيفية بين الكسب والضياع: كيف تصنع طريقة تعاملك مع الفرص مستقبلك؟"
تناول التدريب العلاقة بين السلوك الشخصي والقدرة على اكتشاف الفرص واستثمارها، وكيف يمكن للمبادرة والثقة بالنفس والمرونة في مواجهة التحديات أن تصنع فارقاً حقيقياً في المسار المهني والإنساني للفرد.
أنشطة تطبيقية وتفاعلية عززت التفكير النقدي والعمل الجماعي.

نقاشات حول أنماط الشخصية وأثرها في اتخاذ القرار واستثمار الفرص.

أدوات عملية تساعد الشباب والمتطوعين على تحويل التحديات إلى فرص للنمو والتأثير.
يأتي هذا التدريب استكمالاً لبرنامج بناء قدرات فريق الطوارئ في محافظة جنين، الذي يواصل عمله منذ عام 2024 في ظل الظروف الأمنية والسياسية الصعبة التي تشهدها محافظة جنين ومحافظات شمال الضفة الغربية، إيماناً بأن المجتمعات الأكثر صموداً تبدأ بشباب أكثر وعياً وقادة أكثر جاهزية ومتطوعين أكثر قدرة على الاستجابة والتغيير.

From Self-Awareness to Seizing Opportunities... The Journey of Building Tomorrow's Leaders Continues

As part of the ongoing training series for the Emergency Team in Jenin Governorate, Steps of Hope Association, in partnership with Medeniyetler Köprüsü Foundation and Omnia Center, conducted an interactive training session titled:
"Opportunities Won or Lost: How Your Approach to Opportunities Shapes Your Future"
The training explored the relationship between personal attitudes and the ability to identify and seize opportunities, highlighting how initiative, self-confidence, and adaptability can make a real difference in an individual's professional and personal journey.
✨ Practical and interactive activities that strengthened critical thinking and teamwork.
✨ Discussions on personality patterns and their influence on decision-making and opportunity management.
✨ Practical tools that help young people and volunteers transform challenges into opportunities for growth and impact.
This training is part of the ongoing capacity-building programme for the Emergency Team in Jenin, which has continued its work since 2024 despite the difficult security and political conditions in Jenin and across the northern West Bank, driven by the belief that resilient communities begin with empowered youth, prepared leaders, and volunteers capable of creating positive change.

Building Leaders Today... Creating a Stronger Response Tomorrow

انطلقت أولى لقاءات السلسلة التدريبية لفريق الطوارئ في محافظة جنين، التي تنفذها جمعية خطوات أمل (Steps of Hope ) بالشراكة مع مؤسسة جسور Medeniyetler Köprüsü ومركز أمنية ، بهدف بناء فريق أكثر جاهزية وقدرة على القيادة والعمل تحت الضغط وخدمة المجتمع في أوقات الأزمات.
خلال التدريب، خاض المشاركون رحلة تفاعلية تناولت:
✨ فهم المؤثرات الداخلية والخارجية التي تشكل شخصياتنا وتعزز قدرتنا على المواجهة.
✨ اكتساب استراتيجيات القيادة والعمل التطوعي والمهني.
✨ التعرف على كيفية اقتناص الفرص وعدم إضاعتها.
✨ تنفيذ أنشطة تطبيقية عززت العمل الجماعي والتواصل الفعال.
✨ تبادل نصائح وإرشادات عملية تدعم النمو الشخصي والمهني.

في خطوات أمل، نؤمن أن بناء الاستجابة الإنسانية الفاعلة يبدأ ببناء الإنسان أولاً، وتمكينه بالمعرفة والمهارات والقيادة.

The first session of the Emergency Response Team Training Series in Jenin Governorate has officially launched. The training is implemented by Steps of Hope Association, in partnership with Josoor Foundation and Omnia Center, aiming to strengthen leadership skills, enhance preparedness, and equip participants to serve their communities effectively during emergencies and crises.
Participants engaged in interactive sessions covering:
✨ Understanding internal and external factors that shape resilience and personal strength.
✨ Developing leadership strategies for volunteering and professional life.
✨ Learning how attitudes and decisions influence opportunities and success.
✨ Participating in practical activities that enhanced teamwork and communication.

نفخر في جمعية خطوات أمل (Steps of Hope) بالإعلان عن اختيار الجمعية عضوًا في شبكة المجتمع المدني التابعة للبنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية (EBRD) لمدة ثلاث سنوات.

وتضم هذه الشبكة مؤسسات مجتمع مدني من مختلف دول العالم، وتهدف إلى تعزيز الحوار والتشاور بين البنك ومنظمات المجتمع المدني حول السياسات والبرامج التنموية، وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب، وتعزيز دور المجتمع المدني في دعم التنمية المستدامة والشاملة.

We are proud to announce that Steps of Hope has been selected as a member of the Civil Society Network of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for a three-year term.

The network brings together civil society organizations from different countries around the world and aims to strengthen dialogue and consultation between the Bank and civil society on development policies and programmes, promote the exchange of experiences and knowledge, and reinforce the role of civil society in advancing inclusive and sustainable development.

This membership represents an important opportunity to strengthen the presence of Palestinian civil society in international platforms, convey the needs and aspirations of local communities, and build new partnerships and connections with organizations from around the world.

Steps of Hope looks forward to actively contributing to the network over the next three years through knowledge exchange, international cooperation, and amplifying the voices of Palestinian communities on global platforms.
