Roles for Social Change Association-ADWAR مؤسسة أدوار للتغيير الاجتماعي ADWAR Association established by a group of students from different universities in Hebron district.

مؤسسة ادوار هي مؤسسة فلسطينية أهلية ,غير ربحية , حصلت على الترخيص الرسمي من وزارة الداخلية في 13\12\2010 تحت ترخيص رقم HB-4156-Cكمؤسسة وطنية تعمل في قطاع تمكين النساء. مؤسسة ادوار هي مؤسسة فلسطينية أهلية NGOs ,غير ربحية , حصلت على الترخيص الرسمي من وزارة الداخلية في تاريخ 13/12/2010, وجهة الاختصاص وزارة شؤون المراة .
تم تاسيس ادوار على يد مجموعة من الطالبات والطلاب من الجامعات في محافظة الخليل, كونهم/ن مؤمنين/ات بان الوصول إلى العدالة الاجتماعية يتم من خلال منهج عمل النوع الاجتماعي والتنميه تحت الاحتلال الذي يعمل على ردم الفجوات القائمة بين النساء والفتيات والرجال والفتية في المجالات المختلفة وتعزيز مشاركة النساء وتمكينها عن طريق إحقاق حقوقها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية في محافظات دولة فلسطين . Roles for Social Change Association – ADWAR is nongovernmental Palestinian organisation, which registered with the ministry of Interior since 13/12/2010, under the number: HB-4156-C, affiliated with Ministry of Women Affairs. In which they effectively believe that reaching social justice goes through gender and development approach under occupation, that will reduce the gaps in social, economic and political participation between men, boys, women and girls in Palestine.

AR | تنفيذ جلسة «وجوه طفولة لم تكتمل» ضمن مشروع «لنكبر أولًا – حكايات تقود التغيير»

نفذت مؤسسة أدوار للتغيير الاجتماعي جلسة تفاعلية بعنوان «وجوه طفولة لم تكتمل»، يوم الخميس الموافق 17/9/2026، بالتعاون مع مركز فنون الطفل في مدينة الخليل، وبمشاركة عدد من الفتيات والفتية من بلدة دير سامت، وبإشراف الأخصائية الاجتماعية حنين أبو سلامة، وبمشاركة الفنان والرسام سميح أبو زاكية.

اعتمدت الجلسة على الرسم والتعبير الفني كوسيلة لإتاحة مساحة آمنة للتعبير عن الأفكار والمشاعر والأحلام، وما يرتبط بالحياة والمستقبل، وإبراز التطلعات نحو مواصلة التعليم والحياة، وتحقيق الأحلام والطموحات، وامتلاك مساحة آمنة للاختيار واتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بالمستقبل.

وأظهرت الجلسة مجموعة من النتائج من خلال الرسومات التي عكست التطلعات نحو مستقبل أكثر أمانًا، وقدّمت رسائل بصرية حول أهمية حماية الطفولة، والحفاظ على الحق في التعليم، ومواصلة الحياة، وفتح المجال أمام الفتيات والفتية للتعبير عن تطلعاتهم وبناء مستقبلهم وفق ما يطمحون إليه.

تأتي هذه الجلسة بالتعاون مع جمعية تنظيم الأسرة الفلسطينية، وبتمويل من صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان.

EN | Implementing the “Faces of an Unfinished Childhood” Session as Part of the “Let Us Grow First - Stories That Lead Change” Project

ADWAR Association implemented an interactive session entitled “Faces of an Unfinished Childhood” on Thursday, September 17, 2026, in cooperation with the Child Arts Center in Hebron, with the participation of a group of girls and boys from Deir Sammit. The session was supervised by social worker Haneen Abu Salameh, with the participation of artist and painter Sameeh Abu Zakieh.

The session used drawing and artistic expression as tools to provide a safe space for participants to express their thoughts, feelings, and dreams, as well as their perspectives on life and the future. It also highlighted their aspirations to continue their education, pursue their lives, achieve their dreams and ambitions, and have a safe space to make choices and decisions concerning their future.

The session produced a range of outcomes through drawings that reflected aspirations for a safer future and conveyed visual messages emphasizing the importance of protecting childhood, preserving the right to education, continuing to live and thrive, and creating opportunities for girls and boys to express their aspirations and shape their future according to their hopes and ambitions.

This session was conducted in cooperation with the Palestinian Family Planning and Protection Association and funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

اجتماع لجنة الحماية النسوية في خلة المية لبحث استدامة عملها وخططها المستقبلية

اجتمعت المديرة العامة لمؤسسة أدوار للتغيير الاجتماعي، الدكتورة سحر القواسمة، مع لجنة الحماية النسوية في خلة المية – محافظة الخليل، بهدف بحث التحديات التي تواجه عمل اللجنة، ومناقشة سبل استدامة عملها خلال المرحلة القادمة.

كما تناول الاجتماع مناقشة الخطط والأعمال المستقبلية للجنة لعام 2027، إلى جانب بحث سبل تعزيز شبكة علاقاتها والتعاون مع الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأخرى، بما يسهم في دعم استدامة عمل اللجنة وتوسيع دائرة علاقاتها المجتمعية والمؤسسية.

ويأتي هذا الاجتماع في إطار دعم مؤسسة أدوار للتغيير الاجتماعي لعمل لجان الحماية النسوية، وتعزيز استدامتها وتطوير شبكة علاقاتها، بما يدعم استمرار دورها المجتمعي خلال المرحلة القادمة.

EN | Meeting of the Women’s Protection Committee in Khirbet Khalet Al Miya to Discuss Sustainability and Future Plans

Dr. Sahar AlKawasmieh, General Director of ADWAR Association, met with the Women’s Protection Committee in Khalet Al Miya, Hebron Governorate, to discuss the challenges facing the committee’s work and ways to ensure its sustainability during the coming period.

The meeting also addressed the committee’s plans and future activities for 2027, as well as ways to strengthen its network of relationships and cooperation with other associations and institutions. These efforts aim to support the sustainability of the committee’s work and expand its community and institutional networks.

The meeting was held as part of ADWAR Association's support for the work of Women’s Protection Committees, with the aim of strengthening their sustainability and developing their networks of relationships, thereby supporting the continuation of their community role during the coming period.

ضمن جهود مؤسسة أدوار للتغيير الاجتماعي في الاستجابة الإنسانية الطارئة ودعم الطالبات، قدمت المؤسسة دعمًا عينيًا لعدد من طالبات المدارس في بلدة سعير، تمثل في توفير المرايل المدرسية والحقائب المدرسية، بما يسهم في تخفيف الأعباء الاقتصادية عن أسرهن ودعم استمرارهن في التعليم.

وجاء هذا الدعم بالتعاون مع نساء بلدة سعير، في إطار تعزيز التعاون المجتمعي وتكامل الجهود لدعم الطالبات وتوفير بيئة تعليمية أكثر ملاءمة، والاستجابة للاحتياجات التعليمية القائمة لدى الأسر الأقل حظًا

EN | Emergency Humanitarian Response to Support Students and Promote Their Right to Education 🌿

As part of its ongoing efforts to support students and respond to the educational needs of families facing greater economic challenges, ADWAR Association provided in-kind support to a number of school girls in Sa’ir town. The support included school uniforms and school bags, helping to ease the financial burden on their families and support their continued access to education.

This support was provided in cooperation with the women of Sa’ir town, as part of strengthening community collaboration and collective efforts to support students and contribute to a more supportive and enabling educational environment.

ضمن جهود مؤسسة أدوار للتغيير الاجتماعي في متابعة المشاريع الاقتصادية التي تدعمها المؤسسة في التجمعات البدوية شرق القدس، تواصل أدوار متابعة الشابات في تجمع الحثرورة بعد تسليمهن المعدات والأدوات اللازمة للبدء بمشاريعهن الإنتاجية.

As part of the efforts of ADWAR Association to follow up on the economic projects it supports in the Bedouin communities east of Jerusalem, ADWAR continues to monitor and support young women in the Al-Hathroura community following the delivery of the equipment and tools needed to launch their productive projects.

يصنعن فرصهن بأيديهن

من فكرة صغيرة إلى مشروع يمكن أن يصنع دخلًا ويمنح صاحبتَه مساحة أكبر من الاستقلال… بدأت نساء وشابات وادي الجمل تحويل مهاراتهن إلى فرص حقيقية, ضمن مشروع (تحسين الوضع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للنساء البدويات في شرق القدس)، تنفذ مؤسسة أدوار دعمًا لعدد من المشاريع الاقتصادية النسوية في التجمع، من خلال توفير المعدات والأدوات التي تساعد النساء على البدء بالإنتاج أو تطوير مشاريعهن القائمة.

EN | Wadi Al-Jamal – East Jerusalem: From Skills to Production… Women in Wadi Al-Jamal Create Opportunities with Their Own Hands

From a small idea to a project that can generate income and provide its owner with greater independence, women and young women in Wadi Al-Jamal have begun transforming their skills into real opportunities.

As part of the project “Improving the Social and Economic Situation of Bedouin Women in East Jerusalem,” ADWAR Association is supporting a number of women-led economic initiatives in the community by providing the equipment and tools women need to start producing or to develop their existing businesses.

These projects, which range from beauty services and food production to other income-generating activities, represent more than just a source of income. They provide women with an opportunity to rely on their own skills and abilities, contribute to supporting their families, build their self-confidence, and strengthen their role within their communities.

In Wadi Al-Jamal, women do not wait for opportunities… they create them with their own hands.
