RAMADAN CAMPAIGN | 2026

Last year’s successful Ramadan campaign has motivated us to launch yet another campaign in this blessed month of Ramadan.

The ceasefire is a lie, and our people are still deprived of basic necessities like food, water, and shelter. We will continue our work this Ramadan too by launching a handful of important projects, such as iftar meals, water distribution, and a few others.

Please read through to understand our plan for the campaign (with a cost breakdown).

1) Iftar Meals
• Rice + Chicken Meal: $10 / 500 EGP (serves 3 people)
• Rice + Meat Meal: $12.5 / 600 EGP (serves 3 people)

2) Food Basket
• Cost per basket: $130
• It includes food items for Suhoor + Iftar which will help families meet their nutritional needs.

3) Water Distribution
• Large Truck: $300 / £230

4) Orphan Sponsorship
• Monthly Sponsorship: $70 per child

5) Zakat / Cash Assistance
• Flexible contributions accepted to support urgent needs

6) Other Projects
• Any other important projects will carried out as the need arises.

108 parcels were successfully distributed.
Each food parcel includes 5 pieces of fino bread, 1 box of triangle cheese, 0.5 kg of local white cheese, 2 packs of feta cheese, 2 cans of fava beans, 0.5 kg of dates, 1 jar of pickled cucumbers, 100 g of red pepper, 0.5 liter of olive oil, 100 g of thyme, 1 can of beef meat pieces, and 750 g of fresh apples.

A total of 100 iftar meals were distributed to displaced families.
To ensure fairness and sufficient coverage, the distribution was organized as follows:
• Families of 1–3 members received one meal
• Families of 4 members or more received two meals
This approach was adopted to ensure that every family received an adequate iftar.

Ramadan Iftar Project – Day 1

The Ramadan Iftar Project was carried out in Al-Huda Camp, Al-Rimal area, Gaza City.

A total of 91 meals were distributed.
To ensure fair and sufficient coverage:
• Families of 1–3 members received one meal
• Families of 4 members or more received two meals

This distribution method was implemented to guarantee that each family received an adequate iftar.
