Christmas Appeal for Gaza!
Al Maram Charity Association, which operates in Gaza, has launched an urgent appeal for Christmas, where the appeal will remain open and every gift will continue to make a huge difference in the lives of the people of Gaza.
The population is systematically deprived of access to food, water, fuel and medical care. Hunger and famine are widespread, while thousands of trucks carrying aid are prevented from entering Gaza
The Christmas Appeal for 2024 aims to fund:
1- Vital food aid packages.
2- Therapeutic interventions for women and children.
3- Massive recreational activities for displaced children.

Our team is working hard to organize the most powerful recreational activities for the displaced children in the Al Mawasi area in the southern Gaza Strip, who have suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder due to this ongoing war. We seek to create moments of hope and happiness in their hearts, to help them overcome the difficult experiences they have been through.

Food banks are the only refuge for the displaced in Gaza:
The humanitarian situation in displacement areas and refugee camps in Gaza is extremely worrying, as people face major challenges related to living a decent life. Feelings of helplessness and hunger are increasing among the displaced, reflecting a painful reality that many live.

Conditions are complicated by the lack of resources and the high prices of goods, making it extremely difficult to obtain food, especially for children who suffer from hunger and gather in long queues in front of food distribution points.

The scene of crowding and pain on the faces of children and adults reflects an unbearable daily suffering.

This harsh picture shows how war and conflict not only leave their mark on infrastructure, but also on souls and dreams.

Observers believe that the need for humanitarian support and assistance has become more urgent than ever, and that solidarity and assistance from the international and local community are necessary to alleviate this ongoing suffering.

To the tunes of national music, Palestinian songs and theatrical performances, dozens of families and their displaced children gathered near the coastal road listening to these segments that took them all to an atmosphere far from the destructive war. They are not far away because they are part of it. Some of them lost their relatives, some were born during it, and some were forced to leave their homes.

The families spent hours of entertainment and recreation in recreational activities spreading joy despite the wounds.

These activities included providing hamburger meals to the children despite the harsh and oppressive conditions that the families live in due to high prices and the absence of goods.

The atmosphere resembles a journey whose features have been absent from these families for more than a year. These activities took them to a pivotal moment that the suffering residents in all areas yearn for.
