في اليوم العالمي للغات الإشارة، نؤكد أن حق الأشخاص الصم في التواصل يبدأ من حقهم في استخدام لغتهم، والوصول إلى المعلومات والخدمات، والتعلّم والمشاركة دون عوائق.
وتعلّم لغة الإشارة لا ينبغي أن يكون مسؤولية الأشخاص الصم وحدهم.
عندما يتعلم المجتمع لغة الإشارة، فإنه يخطو خطوة نحو إزالة حواجز التواصل وبناء بيئة أكثر شمولًا وإنصافًا.
من المدارس والمرافق الصحية إلى أماكن العمل والمؤسسات والخدمات العامة، يجب أن تكون لغة الإشارة جزءًا من مجتمع يضمن أن لا يُحرم أي شخص من حقه في الفهم، والتعبير، والمشاركة.
تعلّم لغة الإشارة. افتح مساحة للتواصل.
واجعل الشمول مسؤولية الجميع.
On the International Day of Sign Languages, we reaffirm that the rights of Deaf people to communicate, access information and services, learn, work, and participate fully in society begin with the recognition and inclusion of their language.
Learning sign language should not be the responsibility of Deaf people alone.
When society learns sign language, it takes a step toward breaking communication barriers and creating a more inclusive and equitable environment.
From schools and healthcare facilities to workplaces, institutions, and public services, sign language must be part of a society where no one is excluded from the right to understand, express themselves, and participate.
Learn sign language. Open the door to communication.
Make inclusion everyone’s responsibility.
