We received a report from a friend of Sulala regarding a dog in the Deir al-Balah area, who kindly provided him with initial care and food until our team arrived.
​Our team dispatched immediately to the location and safely transferred the dog to the shelter. Upon examination, he was found to be blind, and he is now under our veterinary care and regular monitoring to ensure his safety and meet all his health needs.

​Today, we treated a variety of medical cases. Most of the cats were suffering from dehydration, general weakness, parasites, gastroenteritis, Feline Calicivirus, and eye infections. Special cases included one cat with jaundice (hepatitis) accompanied by Mycoplasma and Chlamydia, one surgical eye enucleation, and several trauma cases from road accidents. As for the dogs, the majority were diagnosed with Parvovirus, except for a single case suffering from mange and intestinal worms. Additionally, we treated a pigeon infected with Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV), exhibiting symptoms of green diarrhea and neck twisting. Proper treatment and medical protocols were administered to all cases.
