نبذة تاريخية
جمعية الصديق الطيب لرعاية وتأهيل المدمنين على المخدرات مؤسسة خيرية غير ربحية بدأت عملها في القدس والضفة الغربية منذ عام 1986. من أهم أهدافها التوعية المجتمعية والجماهيرية حول مخاطر الادمان على المخدرات والكحول في المجتمع الفلسطين. في عام 1990 تم تأسيس مركز للعلاج والتأهيل في العيزرية وتوسعت نشاطات المؤسسة لتشمل التوعية والوقاية والتدخل والعلاج والتأهيل . تقوم المؤسسة بتوفير البرنامج ا
لعلاجي للمدمن ليشمل الجانب التنفسي والاجتماعي والجسمي والعقلي والشخصي والعاطفي كما وتقدم المساعدة لاسرة المدمن وذلك بتوفير الدعم الروحي والنفسي والاجتماعي لها حتى تتمكن الاسرة من مساندة المدمن أثناء وبعد انتهاء فترة العلاج. AI-Sadiq AI-Taieb Association (ASTA) is a charitable, non-profit organization which has been working in East Jerusalem and the West Bank (Palestinian Authority Territories) since 1986. In 1991, an in-patient Treatment and Rehabilitation Center was established in Bethany and its services extended to include Awareness, Prevention, Intervention, and Treatment & Rehabilitation programs. ASTA’s philosophy and plan of action focuses on the holistic approach through which it provides the addicts with a comprehensive treatment program (psychosocial, physical, mental, personal and emotional) and provides their family members with psychosocial and spiritual support in orderto be able to support the addicts during and after the treatment period.
أهداف الجمعية :
إن الهدف الاساسي للجمعية هو الحد من إنتشار الادمان على الكحول والمخدرات في المجتمع الفلسطيني من خلال تحقيق الاهداف التالية :-
1- زيادة الوعي المجتمعي بكافة فئاته وخاصة قطاع الشباب بمشكلة الادمان على المخدرات والكحول وآلية التخلص من هذا المرض الاجتماعي من خلال الندوات والمحاضرات ووسائل التوعية المرئية والسمعية والاعلام الجماهيري
2- تقديم خدمات التشخيص والعلاج والتأهيل للمدمنين على المخدرات والكحول ورعايتهم داخل المركز العلاجي التابع للجمعية وتقديم العلاج النفسي والاجتماعي ضمن تدخلات تتضمن الارشاد الفردي والجماعي.
3- تدريب القيادات الشابة الفاعلة في المجتمع الشبابي لاخذ دور فاعل في مساعدة أقرانهم من الشباب من الانزلاق في عالم المخدرات والادمان والانحرافات السلوكية.
4- تقديم التدريب الاكاديمي والتربوي لطلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية والمؤسسات التربوية المتخصصة في مجال العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية وتحقيقا لهذه الاهداف عملت الجمعية على تفعيل البرامج والخدمات الفاعلة. ASTA’s OBJECTIVES
The basic aim of ASTA is to provide social awareness of the dangerous outcomes of drug abuse and alcohol use in the local Palestinian community through the achievement of the following objectives: Increasing social awareness of the drug problem and alcohol abuse and the strategies to
get rid of this social disease among all categories in the society and specifically among the youth through lectures, group discussions, visual and auditory means and public media. Providing the addict’s family members with psycho-social guidance services to assist them to overcome their problems and crisis situations resulting from the addiction of one oftheir family members. Providing the addicts with diagnostic, individual and group psychosocial therapy and rehabilitation services at the Treatment Center. Training functional youth leaders to effectively support their peers to abstain from indulging in the world of drug addiction and maladaptive behaviors. Providing professional and educational training for Palestinian university students and institutions of higher learning specialized in the field of human and social sciences.
