A great performance deserves great recovery. 👊🔥

After leaving it all in the ring on Saturday, Mosley Foundation of Love Inc. and Sugar Shane Mosley took El Negro Yanyo Ortiz Sanchez “El Tonka” to make recovery the priority at Las Ruinas.

Champions understand that progress isn’t built only through hard training—it’s built through intentional recovery. Cold plunge, sauna, and a peaceful environment to recharge the body, clear the mind, and get ready for what’s next.

Thank you, Las Ruinas Bathhouse & Gym PR , for helping our athletes recover, reset, and continue the journey toward greatness. 🌿💙

🔥🥊 OUR FIRST FIGHTER.
OUR FIRST STATEMENT. 🥊🔥
The Mosley Foundation of Love is proud to present our first official fighter under our training program: Yaziel “El Tonka” Ortiz. 🇵🇷
“Tonka” from Loíza, represents everything we believe in—discipline, hard work, character, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
What started as a vision to develop talent and create opportunities is now becoming reality. On July 11th, Tonka steps into the ring carrying not only his dreams, but the commitment of a team dedicated to building champions inside and outside the ropes.
This is more than a fight. This is the beginning of a new chapter for Tonka El Negro Yanyo Ortiz Sanchez & Tonkita Raúl “ el tonkita” Sosa

🗣️Recovery is not a luxury. It’s part of the journey.

Whether you’re an athlete pushing your limits or simply carrying the weight of everyday life, your body and mind deserve time to reset, repair, and reconnect.

At Las Ruinas Bathhouse & Gym PR , wellness becomes intentional. The contrast of hot and cold, movement and stillness, challenge and recovery reminds us that growth doesn’t only happen when we push harder—it also happens when we allow ourselves to heal.

Come and join our community,
Take a moment to slow down.
Listen to your body.
Reconnect with yourself.

Because the strongest version of you is built through both performance and recovery.
