Today marks the anniversary of Roe v. Wade (January 22, 1973) the Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion nationwide and shaped nearly 50 years of American history.

In 2022, the Supreme Court overturned Roe through the Dobbs v. Jackson decision, returning the authority to regulate abortion back to individual states. While this was a historic legal shift, it did not end abortion in the United States. It changed where and how the fight for life continues.

That’s why Sanctity of Human Life still matters.

For us at Love The Nations, this day reflects our daily mission. We meet women facing unplanned pregnancies and remind them that their lives matter—and so do their babies’ lives. We provide ultrasounds, education, long-term support, and healing for those carrying past pain.

Sanctity of life isn’t only about laws.
It’s about loving both mother and child.
It’s about building a culture where every life is valued.

Today, we recommit to that calling.

Because every life is created with purpose, loved by God, and worthy of protection—every single day.
