May Wellbeing Challenge for Teachers 🌿

May is a good moment to pause for a second… and check in with how you’re doing.

We’ve prepared a Mindfulness Bingo for Teachers - a simple, light challenge for the whole month. Small steps that can make a real difference.

It’s an invitation to:
- take a breath,
- notice yourself,
- take care of your wellbeing

You can complete one square a day. Or one a week. Or simply look at it and think, “this matters to me.”

And that’s already enough.

If you’d like - share your experience with us 💛

And if you feel you need to talk, you can contact us for a free psychological consultation with one of our foundation psychologists, who understands the realities of working in schools.

Get in touch: [email protected]

We’re here for you 🌿

2nd April – World Autism Awareness Day 🌈♾️🧠

Maybe instead of another “important day on the calendar,” we can do something simpler today.

Let’s pause for a moment and truly try to see another person, just a little more attentively than usual.

Autism is not “a different world,” but a different way of experiencing the same world - sometimes more intense, more sensitive, more complex.

📊 According to the latest data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), about 1 in 31 children are on the autism spectrum
📊 Globally, autism is estimated to affect around 1 in 100–127 people (World Health Organization)

This does not mean that autism is “increasing.”
Research shows that the rise in diagnoses is due, among other things, to:
✔ greater social awareness
✔ better access to diagnostics
✔ broader diagnostic criteria

At the Quiet After Ringing Foundation, we meet people on the autism spectrum and their loved ones every day.
We see their strength, sensitivity, and immense potential.
But we also see the challenges, which often stem not from autism itself, but from a lack of understanding in the environment.

Research clearly shows that:
🌈 early diagnosis and support significantly improve quality of life
🌈 autism is a spectrum - each person has different needs and abilities
🌈 an accepting environment has a huge impact on wellbeing and functioning

That’s why we need a world that:
🌈 understands instead of judging
🌈 supports instead of excluding
🌈 creates space instead of taking it away

Not just today.
Every day.

!!! To mark this day, we’ve prepared something very concrete !!!

We know how difficult access to reliable diagnosis can be—and how often the cost is simply prohibitive.
That’s why we’re introducing a special diagnostic offer (valid until the end of April):

🔹 Full ASD or ADHD assessment - 600 PLN
(inc. 3 online sessions and a full report, DIVA-5 diagnostic interview for ADHD and ADOS-2 for ASD, conducted by a psychologist-diagnostician, in English or in Polish).

👉 For context: comprehensive assessments like this often cost 2–3 times more on the market.

We believe that reliable diagnosis should be accessible, not a luxury.

If you’ve been feeling for a long time that “something doesn’t quite add up,” this might be a good moment to explore it in a safe and professional space.

Today was another intense day at our foundation, and only now do we have a moment to pause and reflect on something important. And today (27th March) is International Theatre Day!!!

Maybe this is a good moment to treat the weekend as a small invitation to experience something moving.

Pause for a moment and ask yourself: when was the last time something truly moved you?

There is something unique about theatre. It’s not just a stage and actors. It’s a space where we can, for a moment, step out of our roles and see the world (and ourselves) from a different perspective.

Research shows that engaging with performing arts:
– increases empathy and understanding of others
– helps regulate emotions and reduce stress
– strengthens a sense of meaning and belonging
– provides a safe space to “experience” difficult topics

And most importantly - this doesn’t only work when we are part of the audience. It also works when we create and improvise.

For us as teachers (and not only), this can be more than just “going to the theatre.” It can be a way to reconnect with ourselves - beyond pressure, judgement, and everyday tension.

Maybe tonight, instead of “I have to,” you could try “I feel”?
Maybe this weekend you could give yourself space for a small moment of art - a performance, a scene, music, anything that moves you.

And if it feels like it’s all been a bit too much lately - remember, you don’t have to go through it alone.

At the Quiet After Ringing Foundation, we support teachers through:
– free psychological consultations
– support groups
– low-cost therapy
– psychoeducational workshops

Because we believe that teacher wellbeing is the foundation of quality education.

Today we may not change the whole world.
But we can do one thing: give ourselves space to reconnect with our body and senses.

And that is already a lot 💛

💛 Free psychological consultations for teachers 💛

Since the beginning of our Foundation’s work in September 2025, we have already provided over 200 supportive psychological consultations.

Behind each of these conversations is someone’s story. Exhaustion. Overload. Sometimes the feeling that “I just can’t go on anymore.”
But also great courage to pause and ask for support.

That’s why we create a space where teachers and people working in education can:
• talk in a safe environment,
• take a closer look at their situation,
• name their needs and emotions,
• find practical ways to take care of themselves.

🧠 The consultations are led by experienced psychologists who understand the specifics of working in education and the everyday challenges teachers face.

💛 What is especially important to us -
these activities are made possible thanks to the commitment of our Foundation,
but also thanks to members of our teaching community who support the idea of caring for teachers’ well-being.

This shows that when we start taking care of one another, real change is possible.

If you feel you need support, write to us:

And if you know someone who could benefit from such a conversation, please share this post 💛

Today we celebrate **World Sleep Day** 😴

We know what the reality looks like for many teachers - that we often forget even about such basic needs as sleep.

That’s why today we want to leave you with one thought - from teachers to teachers:

🌙 Your rest is a condition for being able to continue doing your work with heart and without burning out.

Your presence, calmness, attentiveness, and patience in the classroom are born not only from commitment, but also from regeneration.
And sleep is one of the simplest and most important forms of self-care.

So maybe today you will:
🌙 let something go
🌙 postpone something until tomorrow
🌙 or simply go to bed without feeling that you should be doing even more.

Because a teacher who rests ensures they have something left to give.

Wishing you a good, peaceful sleep 💛

🎉 February 27 - World NGO Day 🎉

Since early this morning, we’ve been working at full speed. It has been an incredibly intense day - filled with crisis consultations, supportive conversations, and psychological sessions. Only now do we have a moment to pause and say something truly important.

On World NGO Day, we want above all to say thank you - to everyone who trusts us, reaches out for help, supports our activities, recommends us to others, and helps us create a space of safety and support. 🤍

NGOs are about people. They are about relationships. They are about time, attentiveness, and the readiness to be there when someone needs it most. Today, we especially feel how meaningful and valuable this mission is 💛💛💛

We wish you a beautiful and peaceful evening on this special day.

We’re sending lots of positive energy, strength, and hope your way ✨

Thank you for being with us.

The Foundation Team 💛
