▪️ Webinar invitation - Relational Burnout Model▪️
Lately our Relational Burnout Model (RBM) sparked strong interest and a lot of thoughtful questions from our audience. That’s why we’re inviting you to a dedicated session focused entirely on RBM: how it works, what it helps to name, and how it can support more sustainable ways of working in civil society.
➤ Date & time: 13 May, 3:00–4:30 PM CEST
➤ Language: English
➤ Free registration: https://fcs.clickmeeting.com/relational-burnout-model-from-individual-exhaustion-to-systemic-resilience/register
RBM is a systemic framework we have developed in response to growing overload across NGOs and mission-driven teams. It frames burnout not only as an individual experience, but as a process shaped by relationships, teams, leadership, organisational culture and wider institutional pressures.
During the webinar we will explore:
▪️ how overload spreads through systems
▪️ how to recognise strain earlier (before it becomes collapse)
▪️ what strengthens resilience at the level of teams and organisations
The webinar is intended for NGO professionals, donors, psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, facilitators, HR professionals, and others supporting civil society and mission-driven teams. The webinar is co-hosted by the Araminta adviser collective and is part of our Mokuteki initiative.
Hope we will see you on Wednesday!
Webinar is led by:
Agata Gieryn — psychologist, trainer, and Gestalt psychotherapist. Co-creator of the relational approach developed through the work on REFLOW.
Paulina Jędrzejewska — coach, supervisor, and facilitator. Co-creator of REFLOW from the beginning, bringing a systemic and resource-based perspective. .
