FUNDACJA WITRYNA KULTURY

Celem działania Fundacji jest organizowanie i prowadzenie działalności kulturalnej i edukacyjnej oraz podejmowanie działań wspierających rozwój kultury, sztuki oraz ochronę dóbr kultury i dziedzictwa narodowego. Cel ten realizowany jest poprzez:
- organizowanie, wspieranie i promowanie przedsięwzięć kulturalnych i artystycznych we wszystkich dzie
dzinach kultury i sztuki;
- organizowanie i prowadzenie edukacji kulturalnej, artystycznej i społecznej;
- wspieranie instytucji kultury w Polsce oraz organizacji pozarządowych i podmiotów prowadzących określoną prawem działalność pożytku publicznego w obszarze kultury;
- wspieranie artystów i szeroko pojętej działalności artystycznej w Polsce i za granicą;
- animowanie krajowej i międzynarodowej wymiany artystycznej oraz dialogu międzykulturowego;
- tworzenie warunków do rozwoju twórczości, w szczególności w ramach programów rezydencji artystycznych;
- popularyzacja nowych zjawisk z obszaru kultury, w tym niekonwencjonalnych przedsięwzięć artystycznych;
- ułatwianie dostępu do wytworów kultury;
- wspieranie edukacji i aktywności społecznej w obszarze kultury;
- wspieranie ochrony dóbr kultury i dziedzictwa narodowego;
- wspieranie wspólnot i społeczności lokalnych;
- podejmowanie działań badawczych na polu kultury i obyczajowości;
- promocja i organizacja wolontariatu w obrębię działalności kulturalnej;
- prowadzenie działalności charytatywnej służącej rozwojowi twórczości i działalności kulturalnej. Strategicznym zadaniem, które realizuje Fundacja jest pozyskiwanie środków na tworzenie, prowadzenie i finansowanie ośrodków rezydencji twórczej, które zgodnie z wolą Fundatorów stanowić mają organizacyjne zaplecze dla realizacji pozostałych statutowych celów Fundacji. Nadzór nad działalnością Fundacji sprawuje Minister Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego. ENGLISH:
Fundacja Witryna Kultury (Witryna Kultury Foundation) is independent, Polish, non-profit, non-governmental organisation. According to the Statutory Act:
The purpose of the Foundation is to organize and conduct cultural and educational activities and to take activities supporting the development of culture, art and protection of cultural and national heritage. This goal is accomplished by:
- organizing, supporting and promoting cultural and artistic projects in all areas of art and culture;
- organizing and conducting education in the field of cultural education, art and society;
supporting cultural institutions in Poland and non-governmental organizations and entities referred to law charitable activities acting in the field of culture;
- supporting artists and artistic activity in Poland and abroad;
- animating national and international artistic exchange and intercultural dialogue;
- creating conditions for the development of creativity, especially in a form of artistic residencies programs;
- promotion of new phenomena in the area of culture, including unconventional artistic projects;
- facilitating access to the creations of culture;
supporting education and social activities in the field of culture;
-supporting protection of cultural and national heritage;
- supporting local communities;
taking research activities in the field of culture and social customs;
promoting and organizing volunteer activity in the field of culture;
-conducting charitable activities aimed at developing creativity and cultural activities. The strategic task that implements the Foundation is to raise funds for the establishment, maintenance and financing of artists in residence centers, which - according to the will of the Founders - should be the organizational base for the implementation of the remaining statutory objectives of the Foundation. The Foundation operates on the Polish territory and abroad. Supervision over the activities of the Foundation to the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
