Erasmus + : Our Polish youth group in Sarcelles, France

During their Erasmus+ youth exchange in Sarcelles, participants had the honour of being officially welcomed by the Mayor of Sarcelles. This moment reflected the strong support of the city for youth engagement, European cooperation, and intercultural exchange.

The project focuses on media literacy, misinformation, digital citizenship, and critical thinking. Through interactive activities and intercultural learning, participants are strengthening their ability to navigate today’s digital information landscape.

This exchange is hosted by the French partner organization Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture and supported by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union 🇪🇺

As part of our intercultural exchange program, the group had the opportunity to visit the Maison de l'Europe de Paris. This visit allowed the participants to discover the organization’s mission and its important role in promoting European citizenship, intercultural dialogue, and youth engagement.

Participants also exchanged ideas about European values, international mobility opportunities, and the importance of cooperation between people in building a more inclusive and supportive society. 🌍🤝

W ramach wymiany międzykulturowej grupa miała okazję odwiedzić Maison de l'Europe de Paris. Wizyta pozwoliła uczestnikom lepiej poznać misję organizacji oraz jej rolę w promowaniu obywatelstwa europejskiego, dialogu międzykulturowego i zaangażowania młodzieży.

Uczestnicy wymieniali się również pomysłami na temat europejskich wartości, możliwości mobilności międzynarodowej oraz znaczenia współpracy między narodami w budowaniu bardziej solidarnego i otwartego społeczeństwa.

📢 Arrival of our Polish youth group 🇵🇱 🇪🇺 🇫🇷

On Friday, 15 May 2026, our Polish group, 8 young participants and 2 group leaders, arrived in Sarcelles, near Paris, to take part in an Erasmus+ youth exchange.

The project focuses on media literacy, misinformation, digital citizenship, and critical thinking. Through interactive activities and intercultural learning, participants will develop stronger skills to navigate today’s digital information landscape.

This exchange is hosted by the French partner organization Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture, and supported by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

📢 Przyjazd naszej polskiej grupy młodzieżowej 🇵🇱 🇪🇺 🇫🇷

W piątek 15 maja 2026 roku nasza polska grupa – 8 młodych uczestników oraz 2 liderów – dotarła do Sarcelles, niedaleko Paryża, aby wziąć udział w wymianie młodzieżowej w ramach Erasmus+.

Projekt koncentruje się na edukacji medialnej, dezinformacji, obywatelstwie cyfrowym oraz krytycznym myśleniu. Poprzez warsztaty i działania międzykulturowe uczestnicy rozwijają umiejętności potrzebne do świadomego poruszania się w dzisiejszym świecie informacji.

Wymiana jest realizowana przez francuską organizację partnerską Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture (APPC) i wspierana w ramach programu Erasmus+ Unii Europejskiej.

🇪🇺 The future of Erasmus+ is taking shape.

The Council has officially agreed its position on the Erasmus+ Programme for 2028–2034 — an important milestone for the next generation of European education, youth and sport cooperation.

The proposed direction sends a very clear message:

🔹 Stronger focus on quality and long-term impact

🔹 Continued support for education, youth and grassroots sport

🔹 Greater emphasis on inclusion, EU values and international cooperation

🔹 Expanded opportunities for transnational learning and mobility

🔹 A proposed budget of €40.8 billion for the next programme period

Erasmus+ is no longer only a mobility programme.

It is becoming one of Europe’s strongest strategic tools for educational transformation, international collaboration and sustainable development.

In the coming years, institutions that build meaningful partnerships, create real impact and develop sustainable internationalisation strategies will stand out even more.

At Teachers Education Academy, we will continue contributing to this vision by connecting educators, schools and institutions across Europe through learning, cooperation and innovation.

Accommodation and meals are covered by the Erasmus+ programme

If you are selected, you should buy your flight ticket and send us a copy before the end of April. After that, reimbursement will be provided according to Erasmus+ distance limits. (The maximum amount for the roundtrip reimbursement : 300€ - 1280 Złoty)
Please note that reimbursement applies only to round-trip flights between Poland and Paris.
