Almas Welfare Foundation- Regd is purely a non-commercial, non-sectarian and non-political organization established for welfare of humanity based on mutual help as:
• To work for social, educational and cultural development as and where required.
• To work for the betterment of the general public especially needy persons without discrimination of sect, language, color, caste and f
ree from all sorts of political motives.
• To inculcate the practice of human rights values in every walk of life for the success and betterment of mankind
• To work for promotion of educational activities for imparting knowledge and wisdom.
• To spread education, religious or otherwise, and for achieving the said object to establish institutions for education for the benefit of the needy students.
• To establish, manage, organize, finance and administer various institutions necessary for the advancement of moral, ethical and spiritual values in the society.
• To work for dignity of the nation and encourage the students to build up their career in different fields.
• To arrange grants and scholarships for intelligent students and to accept sponsorship of such students by the affordable peoples.
• To provide emergency relief to the victims of natural or manmade disasters, wars and famines. To provide food, clothing, medicines, shelter for the needy and disabled persons and relief to the people in distress due to accident, earthquake, flood, famine, epidemic, migration or otherwise.
• To take appropriate steps for the alleviation of social disparity of women in the society.
• To establish institutes for uplift of women including adult literacy, computer science, vocational centers for cutting, sewing, embroidery, cooking etc.
• To organize programs and campaigns to raise funds that may be required for realization of its objects.
• To provide books on reduced rates on subjects having relevance to the o objectives of the.
• To work for providing other health related services like hospital, dispensary and medical camps.
• To accept/ transfer management of waqafs and waqaf properties, purchase, take on rent, rent-out and otherwise ownership of movable properties for the achievement of its objectives.
• To establish and manage, maintain an administer playgrounds for sports purposes for the benefit and convenience of the public.
• To run and maintain shelter homes/ old houses for shelter less peoples.
• To provide soft loans to needy persons to grow his/her crop or for self employment.
• To work for plant breeding, animal breeding, protection, development to provide people friendly environment and provide awareness amongst the masses in proper utilization of natural resources.
• To establish and run the community development centers, home-economics and handicraft centers, sewing centers for girls and women.
• To work for the capacity building of members of the society by training and information sharing and consideration the welfare of the community/ public especially poor and helpless persons.
• To launch forestation campaign and subsequent protection on propone basis.
• The members of the executive committee shall not be paid employees of the society.
• To do all such lawful things as may be deemed expedient and conductive to the attainment of the above objects.
• The society shall be run on non-sectarian, non-commercial, non-political and non-religious nature and work purely on charitable basis.
