OBJECTIVES
THE main objective of AIMS Organization is to work for the rehabilitation of marginalized section of society & involve them in decision making process
The major objectives to achieve the mission and vision are as follows:
1. To build an enabling environment of citizens’ to have awareness about their civic, Socio-economic& Political rights.
2. To take initiatives & Service delivery to
overcome social, economic and environmental problems of the Area.
3. To undertake human resource development while facilitating the core need of capacity building training program /skills development opportunities
4. To network and collaborate with the government, line. Departments, NGO's, CBO's and international development organizations/agencies etc.
5. To promote quality education and increase literacy ratio through the formation of informal education centers, capacity building of private schools teachers and school heads.
6. To reduce Infant Mortality Ratio (IMR) and Maternal Mortality Ration (MMR) ratio in the area through awareness raising, community mobilization and service delivery on Reproductive Health, health and hygiene.
7. To strengthen local community and build their capacity on Disaster Management, environmental issues and climate change.
8. To provide safe drinking water and sanitation facility to marginalized and poor communities of the area and to mobilize them on the importance of WATSAN issues.
9. To initiate skill development, capacity building programs & micro financing schemes for economic empowerment of women ,Journalists poor and marginalized families. AIMS ORGANIZATION STRATEGY
