ace has been flying away at a distant. It came under observation that the society is loosing its values regarding culture, peace , harmony and ways of life. So, the need of unity was sensitized to face such challenges. Therefore the foundation of SWAPO is laid down. SWAPO is non-profitable Non Government Organization. It works at remote area of District Thatta selflessly. SWAPO is registered under the voluntary Social welfare Agencies (Registration & Control) Ordinance 1961 (XI, VI of 1961) in 2010 at Social Welfare Community Development Department District Govt: Thatta. Source of income is membership fees and the funds would be generated, as the situation to be faced, through general body decision. The SWAPO is looking to the donour agencies for the projects for the purpose of welfare and development of the society. SWAPO general body is consists on 80 male and 03 female members. The Executive body is of 15 members among general body through election. The organization strictly acts upon the principles of democracy. SWAPO has been availing an opportunity to work with collaboration SPO Karachi region. Capacity building of the members of the SWAPO is also enhancing with the participating in various training workshops organized by the SPO. SWAPO works on research and development sector. Its area of operation is consisting on three union Councils (UC Tando Hafiz Shah, Ongar, Jherruck) of District Thatta. The Office of the SWAPO is rented at Village Rawatyoon U/C Tando Hafiz Shah Taulka and District Thatta. The posts of executive / Office bears is under:
