Introduction:
Conscience RDO is Non Government Organization (NGO) Registered under Social Welfare voluntary Organization Act: 1961with Directorate of Social Welfare / Community Development Department Government of Sindh. This is working for/on, raising social awareness, Education, Health and safety issues, Literacy, and betterment of peoples, in areas of District Badin Sindh Pakistan. Conscience ‘we realize’ is working since August 2011, when it heavily rained in District Badin; however, we are registered by October 2011. Organization focuses serving the peoples with social awareness and motivating peoples to literacy to best of resources available to us. CRDO also tries to mitigate empowerment, value feminine rights, improve Education level, work for Human Rights, and give Health and Medical Services for the betterment of peoples. Objectives of registration of Organization involve seeking more Support of our cause, so that we may collectively serve the humanity and light our nation. Access to resources and research work may be obtained. Background statement:
One morning when it was heavily raining some of our members met considering the situation and decided to start some work for the peoples in affected areas. That time peoples were migrating to safe places, their homes were under water. We quickly decided first serving the peoples with pure drinking water and some biscuits as fast relief. We also joint Pakistan navy forces in rescue operation, at jhudo road. It was continued for 3 days and then we took a step ahead, some more friends joined us. Now we were strengthen up and we could have contributed more funds and came up adding milk and juices along with drinking water and biscuits. We needed to start only; as we have already. Donors were approaching us. Our team then considered demonstrating use of water purification tablets, so that resources may be utilized efficiently and many areas may be covered. Medical support with the help of our Member who Doctor by profession was given along with ambulance, in case of emergencies, we accessed Medical Drugs for the peoples too. This exercise was continued for 5 days in different areas, Jhudo Road, Khadaro Dabaro Kloen in major affected areas. Peoples now were settled in camps and on roads; safe places. We started raising funds we contacted our friends around and we got appreciation. Motivated members now decided to serve food items to the peoples around. A formal meeting took place, which was very well organized, it was decided in meeting that their will be a survey of a place to recognize actual affected peoples and then a Bag of Rasahn will be allocated to them. A committee was established namely Executive Committee, who decided the weight of Raasahn Bag. There was team working and a matrix organization was structured, one team surveyed the area and other team distributed the Raasahn bag in the area with co-ordination with first team. Volunteers were joining us and Conscience ‘we realize’ was growing. We distributed Raashan bags to 1700 families. Interest of members, to serve the peoples and work of betterment of peoples was quite obvious. Executive committee decided not to stop the work and then proposed all members to work Education, Health and safety issues, Literacy, and betterment of peoples. Members were strongly committed, and then it was decided to establish an organization which pursue collective goal; to work for betterment of society. Young and socially active members, which were keen interested in serving the humanity, pursuing the collective goal of organization established a Non government Organization Conscience ‘we realize’ registered under Welfare / Community Development Department Government of Sindh on 10 Oct: 2011 as Conscience Rural Development Organization (CRDO). The vision of the organization along with mission statement is clearly communicated to all member of the organization. Conscience ‘we realize’ is to work in rural areas for development of rural areas. Organization Structure:
Conscience ‘we realize’ Organization is a non-profit organization. It has 30 members, comprising one executive committee and a general body. It has a Board of Governance called Executive Committee which decides the major issues and the decisions are ratified by this Board. There are 10 members in this board. There are 20 general body members, in organization. Who collects thoughts and provoke ideas, and are also assigned day to day functions of organization. It is democratic organization, where every individual can share ideas, and executive committee reties the idea. All members in organization are strongly committed to mission of organization. Aims And Objectives:
The Aims and objectives of Conscience ‘we realize’ are;
• To impart employment - oriented vocational training to the wards of the boys and the girls of other castes so that they can secure employment or get self-employed.
• To provide vocational training to underprivileged sections of the society, to equip them with necessary skills to attain livelihood and thereby enabling to stand on their own feet.
• To Conduct seminars and workshops on agriculture field and tell peoples scientific ways of harvesting and cultivating.
• To Provide Information on
Empowerment, Education and Health, Find out ways to reduce empowerment Political, Social and Ethical, awareness. Work for encouraging this knowledge

• Supporting women development in the rural areas and discouraging gender discrimination through concentrated efforts of public awareness

Future plans of conscience ‘we realize’ are to seek and opt projects, aims of which are in consistent with aims of organization, and lead to achievements of organization’s objectives. Some of the plans involve;
• To Introduce informal schools where we can demonstrate ways to live a better life
• To Open Training centers, where we can provide vocational training.
• To Conduct workshops, briefing advantages of physical fitness and sports
• Providing necessary skills, and resources, to peoples of rural areas so that may get employment or get self employed.
• To organize events, such as social gatherings, to minimize the race gaps in rural and urban areas.
• To promote and motivate education especially for girls. Services Offered:
Work in Emergency
When it was heavily raining and peoples were migrating to safe places, we took quick step to avail the peoples with pure drinking water and some ready to eat snacks, biscuits, breads, juices and milk packs. Exercise was carried on different affected areas of district Badin. We also took part in rescue operations, in coordination with Pakistan forces, in areas which were heavily affected and were under water. Roads to homes were destroyed in those areas, our team joint hands with Pakistan navy forces and rescued peoples of those areas in boats. Work when rain ruined:
When worlds of peoples was left behind and they along with their families were shifted to safe places; camps and on road corners, we tried our best to provide them shelter and some days Raashan ( food ). We distributed raashan to 1789 families around the town. Social gatherings:
We offer our services to reduce the race gap and create equitable social environment. We have organized two such events in 2011, they are;
• Diwali Celebrations
Diwali was celebrated with flood affected minorities, at Dehi city; 21km away form Tando Bago, on 26 Oct: 2011 and some religious knowledge was enhanced and appreciated by adding questions and answers section with rewards on right answers. Sweets were distributed in last as Diwali greetings.
• EID ul Udha
EID ul Udha was celebrated with flood affected 1200 peoples at Jamali Cotton Factory, on 8 Nov: 2011. Eid Nimaz was offered and meat was distributed to them. Our team spent a complete Eid day with peoples, to awaken the Hope in them. Welcomed Winter When temperature on mercury scales was found to low degrees; winter season started, we collected some warm stuff mainly sweaters and distributed to affected peoples around the town. We covered 352 bodies with warm stuff in December 2011.
