JWS Pakistan conducted a comprehensive three-day Orientation Training Workshop (OTW) at its Head Office for newly inducted Credit Officers.

As a continuation of the training on “Islamic Microfinance & Sale and Lease Back as a Mode of Islamic Microfinance,” held in collaboration with Al Hamad Shariah Advisory Services (Pvt.) Ltd., JWS Pakistan’s senior management—including Heads of Departments and Area Managers—attended the session.

At the conclusion of the training, certificates were distributed among the participants in recognition of their active participation and successful completion of the session.

JWS Pakistan, in collaboration with Al Hamad Shariah Advisory Services (Pvt.) Ltd., successfully conducted a comprehensive training session on “Islamic Microfinance & Sale and Lease Back as a Mode of Islamic Microfinance.”

The session was enriched by the valuable insights of Mufti Uzair Bilwani, who provided an in-depth understanding of Islamic financing principles, Shariah-compliant financial practices, and their practical application in the microfinance sector.

The training highlighted how Islamic microfinance can contribute to financial inclusion, ethical entrepreneurship, sustainable livelihoods, and economic empowerment while ensuring adherence to Islamic principles.

The Core Operations Team actively participated in the training, demonstrating their commitment to enhancing their knowledge and strengthening the effective implementation of Shariah-compliant microfinance practices.
