Since the formation of Big Charity Welfare Organization International in 1973 it has been working for the welfare of poor community. Voccational institutes, montessories, free medical dispenceries were introduced in remote areas. Seminars for awareness of education, human rights, child labour, health, skills, environmental pollution, anti-liter campaign and sexual abuse were arranged in the remote
areas to raise the living standards. In the health sector Big Charity Welfare Organization International has served thousands of patients. Free medicals camps are being conducted in the remote areas on weekly basis to screen out HEPATITIS, DIABETES MALLITIS and DENGUE FEVER and many other ailments. Free medical dispenceries are doing the same job in urban areas on 365 days a year. Many prople are being vaccinated against hepatitis B, typhoid, influenza, yellow fever and other diseases. Thousands of patients of hepatitis B and C have been treated successfully by interferon and anti viral therapies free of cost. In the epidemic areas free laboratory tests for dengue, hepatitis, typhoid, tuberculosis etc are done free of cost. For diabetics education services for use of insulin are provided to the patient at the door step and insulin injecting pens are distributed free of cost to them. A number of doctors from all specialities consult patients and distribute medicines free of cost to these patients round the clock. Big Charity Welfare Organization Internations never stays back in natural disastaer managemnet in the affected areas. A very touchy issue is hunger and poverty so food, clothes and essentials are provided at the door steps. Funerals and marriges are assisted at the time of great need.
