PMYDC Operations Head: Promoting Discipline & Leadership at FJWU
Fatima Jinnah Women University proudly introduces Hejab Zehra, a dedicated Public Administration student, serving as the Operations and Discipline Head of the Prime Minister Youth Development Council (PMYDC) at FJWU.
Hejab expresses her gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to student development through a leadership role focused on operations, discipline, and organizational management. With an academic background in public policy and administration, she believes that student success thrives in a structured, respectful, and well-organized environment that supports both personal and academic growth.
Through her role, she aims to ensure smooth operational management while promoting accountability, teamwork, and discipline across PMYDC initiatives. Her experience in project management, leadership, and volunteer coordination enables her to effectively manage responsibilities, guide teams, and strengthen collaborative systems within the university community.
