Certificate Distribution Ceremony Report

Human Advocacy and Development Organization successfully organized a Certificate Distribution Ceremony for the students of Beautician Batch-6.

The ceremony was honored by the presence of Chief Guest Madam Fozia Shahzadi(Mother of Balochistan)and special guest Abdul Nafy (Advocate of Balochistan high Court). Along with CEO Sumiera Naz, they distributed certificates among the students who successfully completed their beautician training course.

The students received certificates after successfully completing their practical work and course requirements. This batch covered the training period from November 2025 to April 2026. In addition to the training, the students also completed one month of practical experience by providing services at the center. On behalf of Human Advocacy and Development Organization, the students were also awarded one-month experience letters along with their course completion certificates.

During her speech, Fozia Shahzadi highly motivated the students regarding skills development and encouraged them not to limit these beautician skills only to learning. She advised the students to utilize their skills professionally, start their own business setups, become financially independent, and support their families so they can create inspiring success stories in the future.

At the end of the ceremony, shields were also presented by Human Advocacy and Development Organization to the Chief Guest and special guest as a token of appreciation for their participation and support.

The management of Human Advocacy and Development Organization appreciated the dedication and hard work of all students and encouraged them to continue building their professional careers with confidence and skills.

Title: Visit of MPA Liaquat Lehri to HADO Skills Development Center
Quetta: Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Mr. Liaquat Lehri paid a visit to the office of Human Advocacy and Development Organization (HADO), where he met with CEO Ms. Sumiera Naz and her team.
During the visit, Mr. Lehri was briefed on HADO’s ongoing initiatives, with a special focus on the Skills Development Center operating in Hazara Town, Quetta. The center, established under the supervision of CEO Ms. Sumiera Naz, is actively empowering local women and youth by providing practical skills and livelihood opportunities.
Mr. Liaquat Lehri appreciated the organization’s efforts in promoting skill development and community upliftment. He acknowledged the positive impact of the center in enhancing economic opportunities, particularly for underprivileged segments of society.
The visit concluded with a shared commitment to continue supporting initiatives that contribute to sustainable development and social empowerment in Balochistan.

A delegation from the National Bank visited the Human Advocacy & Development Organization (HADO) to conduct an informative session on banking services and financial products. The session aimed to enhance awareness among participants regarding available financial facilities and promote financial inclusion.

During the visit, representatives from the National Bank introduced various products including savings accounts, microfinance options, loan facilities, and digital banking services. They explained the eligibility criteria, benefits, and application procedures for each product in a clear and engaging manner.

The session also included an interactive discussion where participants raised questions related to account opening, small business financing, and accessible banking solutions for low-income groups. The bank officials responded effectively, providing practical guidance and encouraging participants to make use of formal banking channels.

On 2nd April, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, a formal meeting was held between the Human Advocacy and Development Organization (HADO) and Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal at the Bait-ul-Mal office. The meeting was attended by Mr. Muhammad Rizwan, Director of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, along with CEO sumeira naz end representatives from HADO. It served as a general coordination and introductory session aimed at strengthening institutional collaboration and mutual understanding. A large number of women from the community actively participated in the session and showed great interest throughout the program. The session was interactive, and participants asked various questions, which were answered in a clear and satisfactory manner.
The Awareness Counselor, Bibi Fatima, provided detailed information about modes of HIV transmission, preventive measures, the importance of testing, and treatment (ART).

Report: Ramadan Awareness Session
Human Advocacy and Development Organization (HADO) organized a session titled “Ramadan – The Month of Quran” on 12 March 2026 at Qurtaba School and Excellence.
The session was arranged with the support of Director Haji Asmatullah. The speakers were miss Salma Rasheed and miss Muskan from Alhuda International. The Principal of the school, Sadaf, also attended the session. The program was conducted under the leadership of CEO Sumiera Naz of Human Advocacy and Development Organization.
During the session, the speakers explained the importance of Ramadan and the Quran. They encouraged students end teacher to read the Quran, understand its message, and follow good values in their daily life.
The students and school staff appreciated the session and thanked HADO for organizing this informative program.

International Women’s Day Event
On 08 March 2026, CEO Ms. Sumiera Naz from Human Advocacy and Development Organization (HADO) attended the International Women’s Day – “Give to Gain Campaign” event in Quetta. The program was organized by Organization for Integrated Development (OID) in collaboration with NCJP, SEEMA, and Rani Welfare Organization at Juniper Lodges, Chaman Housing Scheme, Airport Road, Quetta.
The event focused on women empowerment, peacebuilding, and community engagement. During the program, an Expert Group Discussion was held where different organizations and participants shared their ideas and experiences about the role of women in promoting peace and development in society.
Ms. Sumiera Naz, CEO of Human Advocacy and Development Organization (HADO), actively participated in the discussion and appreciated the efforts of the organizers for arranging such an important event.
Among the notable participants were Ms. Hamida Hazara (Director OID), Dr. Ishaq Baloch, and Ms. Saima from BRSP, who also shared valuable insights during the discussion regarding peacebuilding, community cooperation, and the importance of women’s participation in social development.
The event also included discussion on the formation of Peace Committees to promote harmony, cooperation, and peaceful coexistence in the community.
Overall, the event was very informative and meaningful. It provided a good platform for organizations and community members to discuss the role of women in peacebuilding and social development.
