Strong leadership is not just about guiding organizations, it’s about empowering communities. The Learning Network, an initiative supported by UNFPA Pakistan, is dedicated to building the capacity of grassroots organizations so they can lead with confidence, inclusivity, and purpose.

In this session, Mr. Saheem Khizar explored the principles of organizational leadership, inspiring participants to strengthen their role in driving social change.

Our well‑being is our greatest asset. This session created a safe and inclusive space to learn about self‑care, supporting others, and building resilience. Guided by Ms. Naveed Musarrat, participants explored practical approaches to mental health that are compassionate, effective, and rooted in psychosocial support.

Special thanks to Group Development Pakistan, UNFPA Pakistan, and The Netherlands for making this important dialogue possible and for strengthening the capacity of grassroots organizations to respond to mental health needs.

We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Chirag Educational Welfare Society (CEWS) and Inspiration Lab.

This one-year strategic partnership depicts a shared commitment to organizational excellence, leadership development, and sustainable impact. Through this collaboration, Inspiration Lab will provide executive coaching for the CEO, learning and development interventions for the team, and organizational development support, including strategic planning for CEWS’s next five years of growth.

Together, we look forward to building stronger leadership, more effective systems, and greater impact for the communities we serve.
