d community Action process (2004-2010) SCAP established itself as an independent NGO and registered with the Government of Balochistan, under act 1961-XL VI. SCAP was known as community Action Process with a broad mandate to carry out mobilization, sensitizing and capacitating process through/ of duty bearers, individual, families and community in Kalat District. CAP team capable enough to understand community development hierarchy and addressed critical problems underlying communities, it was a successful story that built the capacity of communities to access their problems, analyze and to identify the cause of their pertaining problems. The SCAP philosophy is based on the idea of βDevelopment by themselvesβ that was materialized by UNICEF in 2004 with a local NGO in Kalat district for implementation of child survival and Development Initiative, having trained group of human resource that can perform activities related to community development i.e. provision of basic knowledge about child health and hygiene, education, women rights and gender equity. As one of prime mandate of SCAP is to strengthen the communities to address following thematic areas;
