A field visit was conducted to Sarakhula and Saraghurgai, District Quetta, by District Lead Ms. Faiza Noor along with Social Mobilizer Mr. Abdul Nabi. During the visit, they monitored the ongoing construction work and reviewed the overall progress of activities in the project areas.

They also participated in plantation activities by planting trees and distributing plants among the beneficiaries to encourage environmental awareness and community participation in climate-friendly practices. The team interacted with local community members and discussed the importance of protecting the environment and properly caring for the planted trees.

At the end of the visit, they met with Bank Manager Mr. Zakir to discuss the withdrawal and disbursement process, ensuring that financial activities and beneficiary payments were being managed smoothly and transparently.

HRU_IFRAP پروجیکٹ کے تحت متاثرین سیلاب اپنے گھروں کی طرف واپس لوٹ رہے ہیں۔
یوتھ آرگنائزیشن کے ڈسٹرکٹ کوآرڈینیٹر کاکڑ شراف الدین اور انجینئر انعام اللہ خان نے مختلف یونین کونسلز میں تعمیراتی کاموں، گھروں کی بحالی اور متاثرین کی واپسی کے عمل کا تفصیلی جائزہ لیا۔
یہ صرف اینٹوں اور سیمنٹ کی تعمیر نو نہیں، بلکہ تباہ شدہ خوابوں کی تعبیر، بکھرے خاندانوں کی دوبارہ بحالی اور امید کی ایک نئی صبح ہے۔ 2022 کے سیلاب نے جو زخم دیے تھے، آج انہی زخموں پر مرہم رکھا جا رہا ہے۔
ایسے پروجیکٹس نہ صرف متاثرین کو پناہ دیتے ہیں بلکہ انہیں دوبارہ کھڑے ہونے کا حوصلہ بھی بخشتے ہیں۔ یہ لچک (Resilience) کی کہانی ہے — جہاں حکومت، نوجوانوں کی تنظیمیں اور کمیونٹی مل کر ایک بڑی تباہی کے بعد بھی زندگی کو دوبارہ سنوار رہی ہے۔
ہم سب کا فرض ہے کہ ایسی کاوشوں کو سپورٹ کریں، آگاہی پھیلائیں اور متاثرین کے ساتھ کھڑے ہوں۔
ایک گھر واپس لوٹا، تو ایک خاندان دوبارہ زندہ ہوا۔

Field Monitoring Visit – District Killa Abdullah
Date: 17 April 2026
Mr. Shahzad Raza (MEAL Officer, Youth Organization), along with Mr. Kakar Sharafud Din (District Coordinator) and Engr. Inamullah Khan, conducted a comprehensive monitoring visit to District Killa Abdullah.
During the visit, the team reviewed ongoing activities and operations across various Union Councils of the district. They also held a productive meeting with the Bank Manager to discuss and resolve key operational challenges, including speedy withdrawals and pending biometric verifications.

(Focus Group Discussion) meetings were organized by District Coordinator Mr. Kakar Sharafud Din with project beneficiaries. Detailed information and guidance were provided about the iFRAP-HRU project.
The visit proved highly productive. It enabled effective monitoring of field activities, resolution of administrative and banking issues, and ensured steady progress on project targets.
This ongoing effort is helping flood-affected families in Balochistan rebuild safer, more resilient homes under the Housing Reconstruction Unit (HRU) – IFRAP initiative.

District Gwadar | Youth Organization | UNDP

Youth organization under the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) successfully organized a vibrant recreational activity at Gwadar Institute of Technology (GIT) on 9th April. The initiative aimed to promote positive youth engagement, social interaction, and overall well-being.

The event was graced by Chief Guest Ms. Bilquees Sulaiman and saw enthusiastic participation from both boys and girls, reflecting true inclusivity. A variety of activities—including cricket matches, fun games, Ludo competitions, food stalls, and singing performances—created an energetic and lively environment.

Participants actively engaged, showcasing teamwork, creativity, and a spirit of healthy competition. Winners were awarded trophies, encouraging continued participation in positive activities.

Overall, the event was a great success, reinforcing the role of youth-led initiatives in building a connected, confident, and vibrant community.

In District Chaman, Nazeer Ahmed, Ahsanullah, Muhammad Asif, and Muhammad Yousaf successfully facilitated VRC formation, strengthening community ownership. Through active mobilization, they engaged local communities and encouraged participation in development activities. They also conducted regular construction reviews to ensure quality, transparency, and timely progress—reflecting strong teamwork and commitment on the ground.
