📌 دارالحکمہ کی اپیل: بھیک نہیں، کفالت
خیرات سے خودداری کی طرف ایک اجتماعی دعوت
پاکستانی معاشرہ آج ایک ایسے خاموش مگر گہرے سماجی بحران سے دوچار ہے
جو محض غربت کا نہیں بلکہ
خودداری، خاندانی نظام، بچوں کے تحفظ اور معاشرتی امن کا بحران ہے۔
بھیک کا بڑھتا ہوا رجحان رفتہ رفتہ
ایک منظم، استحصالی اور غیر انسانی نظام کی صورت اختیار کر چکا ہے—
جس کا سب سے بڑا نقصان
ہمارے بچے، خواتین اور کمزور طبقات اٹھا رہے ہیں۔
🌱 دارالحکمہ کا فکری مؤقف
دارالحکمہ یہ سمجھتا ہے کہ:
بھیک دینا وقتی جذباتی تسکین تو دے سکتا ہے،
مگر بھیک کا خاتمہ ہی
ایک باعزت، پائیدار اور اخلاقی حل ہے۔
اسی فکر کے تحت
دارالحکمہ ایک غیر سیاسی، غیر تصادمی اور حکمت پر مبنی سماجی اپیل پیش کر رہا ہے،
جس کا بنیادی پیغام ہے:
بھیک نہیں، کفالت
🕌 اس اپیل کی بنیاد
یہ اپیل اس یقین پر قائم ہے کہ:
مسجد صرف عبادت گاہ نہیں بلکہ اخلاقی و سماجی قیادت کا مرکز ہے
نقد خیرات کے بجائے منظم اور باعزت کفالت ہی دیرپا حل ہے
امام صاحبان معاشرتی اصلاح میں مرکزی قائدانہ کردار رکھتے ہیں
بچوں اور خواتین کو بھیک اور استحصال سے بچانا
دینی، اخلاقی اور انسانی ذمہ داری ہے
🤝 دارالحکمہ کا کردار
دارالحکمہ اس عمل میں خود کو:
نہ حاکم سمجھتا ہے
نہ نگران
اور نہ ہی کسی فرد یا طبقے کا نمائندہ
بلکہ ایک
فکری معاون (Thought Partner)، اخلاقی رہنما اور دستاویزی پلیٹ فارم
کے طور پر پیش کرتا ہے۔
یہ اپیل
لوگوں کی ہے، مساجد کی ہے، اور معاشرے کی ہے۔
🌿 ہماری دعوت
اگر آپ:
امامِ مسجد ہیں
عالمِ دین ہیں
کمیونٹی لیڈر ہیں
تاجر، استاد یا نوجوان ہیں
اور یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ
معاشرتی اصلاح شور سے نہیں
بلکہ حکمت، وقار اور اجتماعی شعور سے آتی ہے—
تو ہم آپ کو
اس فکری مکالمے،
اس سماجی شعور
اور اس مشترکہ سفر میں
خوش آمدید کہتے ہیں۔
✨ اختتامی کلمات
بھیک دینا وقتی نیکی ہے،
مگر بھیک کا خاتمہ مستقل صدقہ ہے۔
اگر مسجد قیادت کرے،
تو معاشرہ خود بخود سنور جاتا ہے۔

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to this first reflective dialogue under the Dar-ul-Hikmah Dialogue Forum — a platform for collective learning, moral awakening, and intellectual renewal.
Our conversation begins with a vital question:
“What does a 21st-century Renaissance mean for the Muslim world and humanity at large?”
The vision of Dar-ul-Hikmah rests on reviving the ethical, intellectual, and institutional foundations of human civilization — uniting faith and reason to build a just, peaceful, and sustainable world.
